Description
bei der eine pneumatische Aufgabestation vorgesehen ist mit einem mit dem Zuschlag zu befüllenden Trichter und einem unter diesem angeordneten, um eine senkrechte Achse drehenden Rotor, in dem ein Kranz senkrechter Kammern angeordnet ist, die auf einem Abschnitt ihres Umlaufweges oben offen und unten geschlossen sind und auf einem anderen Abschnitt oben und unten offen und zwischen einer Zuführung und einer Abführung des pneumatischen Förderstromes angeordnet sind,
und bei der in den Trichter ein mechanischer Förderer für das Bindemittel führt, der kurz über einem Boden des Trichters ausmündet.
Die Aufgabestation, für sich genommen, ist aus der US-A-2,314,031 dem Prinzip nach bekannt. Mit ihr ergibt sich eine besonders gute Durchmischung.
Sie zeigt einen senkrechten, axialen Schnitt durch eine Einrichtung zum Zusammengeben der Feststoffbestandteile eines Mörtels oder Betons und zum Erzeugen eines Förderstromes und zugleich Mischen.
Unter dem Boden 4 ist eine deckungsgleich mit den Durchlässen 5 und der Ausnehmung 6 durchbrochene Gummiplatte 8 aus einem gleitfähigen Spezialgummi angebracht.
Die Förderschnecke 27 setzt dabei eine auf dem gerundeten Boden des trogförmigen Vorratsbehälters 26 angeordnete Schnecken- und Schaufelwelle 30 fort. Gemeinsamer Antrieb beider ist z.B. ein durch einen Frequenzumformer zwischen 50 und 300 U/min variierbarer Motor 31.
Der Zuschlag besteht beispielsweise aus einem Sand von 0 bis 8 mm Körnung, der eine Feuchte von etwa 3% aufweist. Für das Bindemittel wird Sackware verwandt. Der stufenlos verstellbare Motor 31 erlaubt, die Zugabe des Bindemittels genau zu dosieren. Das Bindemittel wird nach Verlassen des Mantelrohres 28 von dem Flügelrad 23 erfaßt und unter Vormischen mit dem Sand der pneumatischen Förderung aufgegeben:
Der Rotor 9 kann , je nach Bedarf, mit verschiedener Bauhöhe und/oder Zahl der Kammern 12 zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Mörtels oder Betons in einer Schicht an eine Wandfläche durch Spritzen mit einer pneumatischen Fördereinrichtung (4-17) zum Transportieren eines ein schnell abbindendes Bindemittel, insbesondere einen kurzen" Zement, und Zuschlag aufweisenden Feststoffgemisches des Mörtels oder Betons zu einer mit einer Wasserzuführung versehenen Spritzdüse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine pneumatische Aufgabestation (25) vorgesehen ist mit einem mit dem Zuschlag zu befüllenden Trichter (3) und einem unter diesem angeordneten, um eine senkrechte Achse drehenden Rotor (9), in dem ein Kranz senkrechter Kammern (12) angeordnet ist, die auf einem Abschnitt ihres Umlaufweges oben offen und unten geschlossen sind und auf einem anderen Abschnitt oben und unten offen und zwischen einer Zuführung (7) und einer Abführung (17) des pneumatischen Förderstromes angeordnet sind,
und daß in den Trichter (3) ein mechanischer Förderer (27,28) für das Bindemittel führt, der kurz über einem Boden (4) des Trichters (3) ausmündet (29). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Förderer (27,28) mittig über dem Boden (4) ausmündet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unter der Ausmündung (29) ein über den Boden (4) des Trichters (3) streichendes Flügelrad (23) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise mit einer mit der Welle des Rotors (9) koaxialen oder gleichen Antriebswelle (20). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Förderer (27,28) aus einer in einem Mantelrohr (28) angeordneten, seitlich durch die Trichterwand eingeführten Förderschnecke (27) besteht, die vorzugsweise zugleich als Dosiervorrichtung mit einem verstellbaren Antrieb versehen ist, vorzugsweise einem stufenlos verstellbaren Motor (31). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Förderschnecke (27) aus einem neben dem Trichter (3) angeordneten Vorratsbehälter (26) heraus in den Trichter (3) führt, vorzugsweise einem trogförmigen Vorratsbehälter (26) mit einer Schnecken- und/oder Schaufelwelle (31) über seinem Boden, deren Fortsetzung die erstere Förderschnecke (27) darstellt.
