Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour l'application d'un mortier ou d'un béton en une couche sur une paroi murale par projection à l'aide d'un dispositif de transport pneumatique (4-17) pour le transport d'un agent liant à vitesse de prise élevée, en particulier un ciment à prise rapide, et d'un mélange solide du mortier ou du béton, comportant un granulat, vers un gicleur de projection équipé d'une alimentation d'eau,
caractérisé en ce qu'on a prévu un poste d'alimentation (25) pneumatique présentant un entonnoir (3) à remplir avec le granulat et un rotor (9) disposé au-dessous de cet entonnoir et tournant autour d'un axe vertical, dans lequel on a disposé une couronne de chambres (12) verticales, dont une section du périmètre est ouverte vers le haut et fermée vers le bas et une autre section est ouverte vers le haut et vers le bas et qui sont disposées entre une alimentation (7) et une évacuation (17) du courant pneumatique de transport et en ce qu'un transporteur (27,28) mécanique pour l'agent liant aboutit dans l'entonnoir (3) en débouchant (29) un peu au-dessus du fond (4) de l'entonnoir (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur (27,28) débouche au milieu au-dessus du fond (4).

- Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur (27, 28) est constitué par une vis de transport sans fin (27) disposée dans un tube de protection (28) et introduite latéralement dans la paroi de l'entonnoir, ladite vis sans fin étant équipée de préférence d'un dispositif d'entraínement réglable, servant simultanément de dispositif de dosage, de préférence d'un moteur (31) réglable en continu.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vis de transport sans fin (27) part d'un réservoir (26) disposé à côté de l'entonnoir (3) et aboutit dans l'entonnoir (3), ledit réservoir (26) étant de préférence en forme d'auge avec un arbre à vis sans fin ou à aube (31) situé au-dessus du fond et dont le prolongement représente la première vis de transport (27).
