Claims (12)
- Dispositif de fabrication de poutres de bois constituées de planches collées les unes aux autres, comportant un applicateur inférieur pour appliquer les planches de bois à coller les unes aux autres, un butoir arrière, qui lui est raccordé et qui dépasse de l'applicateur vers le haut, et des dispositifs de compression, qui peuvent être suspendus, à leur première extrémité, dans le butoir arrière et, à leur autre extrémité, à l'avant, dans l'applicateur et possèdent une vis de compression s'étendant parallèlement à l'applicateur pour comprimer conjointement et maintenir comprimées les planches de bois, caractérisé en ce que, au-dessus de l'applicateur (1), est agencé un pont (5) avec un bras supérieur (7) et un bras latéral (4) s'étendent à distance du butoir (2) à côté de l'applicateur (1) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer le long de l'applicateur ou le long du butoir, en ce que, dans le bras supérieur (7), sont agencés des cylindres verticaux de compression (10) pourvus de pistons (10) dont les extrémités sont articulées sur une poutre de compression (13) pour presser les planches de bois (14) sur l'applicateur (1), et en ce que, dans le bras latéral (4), est agencé un cylindre horizontal de compression (16) avec un piston (17) pour presser les planches de bois sur le butoir (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux cylindres verticaux de compression (10) sont agencés à distance l'un de l'autre dans le bras supérieur (7) du pont (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre horizontal (16) de compression est agencé dans le bras latéral (4) du pont (5) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en hauteur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le pont (5) peut être déplacé progressivement d'un bloc applicateur à un autre bloc applicateur de l'applicateur (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure du bras latéral (4) du pont (5) peut être déplacée à l'aide d'un rouleau (6) se déplaçant sur un rail (3) s'étendant le long de l'applicateur inférieur (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité latérale du bras supérieur (7) du pont en forme de L (5) peut être déplacée à l'aide d'un rouleau (8) se déplaçant sur un rail de support (9) agencé sur l'extrémité supérieure du butoir arrière (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre horizontal (16) de compression est agencé dans le bras latéral (4) du pont (5) sur un chariot (15) qui est guidé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer sur le bras latéral.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, sur le bras supérieur (7) du pont (5), est agencé un cylindre de compression (21) dont la tige de piston (20) est reliée au chariot (15) par un câble de traction (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le rail (3) de l'applicateur comprend une surface de butée latérale (24) pour soutenir le bras latéral (4) du pont (5) à l'encontre de l'action du cylindre horizontal de compression (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le rail (3) de l'applicateur comprend une surface de butée inférieure (25) pour soutenir le bras latéral (4) du pont (5) à l'encontre de l'action du ou des cylindres verticaux de compression (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le rail de support (9) est pourvu également d'une surface de butée latérale (22) pour soutenir le bras supérieur (7) du pont (5) à l'encontre de l'action du cylindre horizontal de compression (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le rail de support (9) est muni également d'une surface de butée inférieure (25) pour soutenir le bras supérieur (7) du pont (5) à l'encontre de l'action du ou des cylindres de verticaux compression (10).
