Claims (10)

  1. Trépan destiné à la fabrication d'un pieu à compression de sol environnant, en béton coulé sur place, comportant une tige tubulaire qui présente, à son extrémité inférieure, une pointe de forage détachable et, à distance de l'extrémité inférieure, un corps de refoulement entourant la tige de façon concentrique, au moins une nervure hélicoïdale étant prévue, entre la pointe de forage et le corps de refoulement, sur le pourtour de la tige, nervure qui entoure au moins partiellement la tige, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité inférieure de la tige (11) du trépan, est prévu un manchon (23) dont le diamètre extérieur (M) est au moins aussi grand que le diamètre extérieur (S) de la nervure hélicoïdale (16), et dont la longueur axiale (L) est supérieure à l'épaisseur axiale (a) de la nervure hélicoïdale (16) ou au plus petit écart entre deux pas de vis (17, 18) de la nervure (16).
  2. Trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (23) est constitué par un anneau métallique relié fixement à la tige (11), qui présente, sur sa face fontale (24) inférieure, au moins une ouverture (26) de pénétration dans le sol.
  3. Trépan selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'ouverture (26) de pénétration dans le sol du manchon (23), débouche une partie hélicoïdale (27), qui part de la face frontale (28) supérieure du manchon (23).
  4. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pourtour extérieur (29) du manchon (23) est cylindrique.
  5. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pourtour extérieur (30) du manchon (23) va en s'élargissant de façon conique, en direction de sa face frontale (24) inférieure.
  6. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement (20) présente une partie (21) conique, à parois lisses, allant en s'élargissant vers le haut, dont le diamètre extérieur (D) le plus élevé est au moins aussi important que le diamètre extérieur (S) de la nervure hélicoïdale (16).
  7. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement (20) présente, au-dessus de sa partie conique (21), une partie (22) cylindrique, à parois lisses, lui faisant suite.
  8. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pointe de forage (12) détachable est une plaque (14) sensiblement plane, présentant, sur sa face inférieure, une barrette (15) d'ameublissement du sol s'étendant en oblique sur la plaque (14).
  9. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (14) de la pointe de forage est reliée à la tige tubulaire (11) du trépan (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une fermeture à baïonnette ou à griffes.
  10. Trépan selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la nervure hélicoïdale (16) ne présente que deux pas de vis (17, 18) et fait suite à la partie hélicoïdale (27) du manchon (23).
