Claims (7)

  1. Lagerung einer beweglichen Spitze (1) an einem Träger (2) eines Kreuzungsherzstücks langer geschweißter Eisenbahnschienen, wobei die Lagerung die Übertragung von Beanspruchungen aufgrund einer Ausdehnung der Schienen auf den Träger erlaubt und dabei die Beanspruchungen aufgrund des Fahrzeugabwälzbewegung aufnimmt, wobei der Träger (2) aus zwei Elementen zusammengesetzt ist, nämlich aus einem Einblockelement (2'), und einem aus zwei Schienen (3, 4) bestehenden Element (2"), welches durch Verschweißen oder eine beliebige andere Form der Verbindung mit dem Einblockelement (2') verbunden ist und wobei die Verbindung zwischen der beweglichen Spitze (1) und dem aus zwei Schienen (3, 4) bestehenden Element (2") des Trägers durch eine im wesentlichen mechanische Verbindung mittels Bolzen (7) realisiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Teil der durch die langen geschweißten Eisenbahnschienen erzeugten Zug- oder Druckbeanspruchung durch Reibung von Distanzstücken (5, 6) übertragen wird, die mit der beweglichen Spitze (1) und dem aus den zwei Schienen (3 und 4) bestehenden Element (2") des Trägers fest verbunden sind und sich am Grund der Innenseite der Schienen abstützen und daß die restliche Beanspruchung durch geteilte Stifte (11 und 12) aus Federstahl absorbiert wird, welche die Schienen (3 und 4), die bewegliche Spitze (1) und die Distanzstücke (5 und 6) über Öffnungen durchdringen, deren Durchmesser kaum kleiner sind als der Durchmesser der Stifte (11 und 12), so daß äußerst begrenzte Längsverschiebungen der Schienen (3 und 4) bezüglich des Kreuzungsherzstücks gestattet sind und die mit den an den Distanzstücken (5 und 6), den Schienen (3 und 4) und der beweglichen Spitze (1) klemmend gehaltenen Bolzen hoher Festigkeit (7 und 8) die als Scherstücke bei Längsbeanspruchung dienenden Schienen (3 und 4) und die bewegliche Spitze (1) derart zusammenwirken, daß die Verbindungsbolzen lediglich auf Zug beansprucht werden.
  2. Lagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzstücke (5 und 6) einerseits mittels Bolzen hoher Festigkeit (7) an der beweglichen Spitze (1) und andererseits über Bolzen hoher Festigkeit (8) an den Schienen (3 und 4) des Elementes (2") des Trägers (2) befestigt sind.
  3. Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzstücke (5, 6) jeweils als Paar von Profilen (5', 5" und 6', 6") ausgebildet sind, welche sich am Grund der Innenseite der Schienen abstützen und Öffnungen für eine Laschenverbindung zum Verspannen der Bolzen hoher Festigkeit aufweisen, welche Laschenverbindung eine große Reibkraft Innenseite auf Innenseite erlaubt, wobei die Profile (5', 5" und 6', 6") eines jeden Paares untereinander jeweils mittels Stegen (9, 10) verbunden sind.
  4. Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geteilten Stifte (11 und 12), die mit den Profilen (5', 5" und 6', 6") der Distanzstücke (5 und 6) und mit den Bolzen hoher Festigkeit (7 und 6) zusammenwirken, aus Federstahl bestehen und zum einen als Hülsen für die Bolzen (7 und 8) dienen, deren Köpfe (8') sich über Stücke (13) auf den Außenseiten der Schienen (3 und 4) und deren Muttern (7" und 8") sich ebenso wie die Köpfe (7') der Bolzen (7) auf den Profilen (5', 5"und 6', 6") der Distanzstücke (5 und 6) über Unterlegscheiben (14) abstützen und welche andererseits als Scherstücke bei Längsbeanspruchung dienen, indem sie die bei Überwindung der Reibkraft auftretenden Längsbelastungen aufnehmen.
  5. Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bei einem Herzstück mit beweglicher Spitze verwendet wird, dessen Spitze (1) und Schienen (3 und 4) unterschiedliche Höhe besitzen.
  6. Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bei Konstruktionen angewandt wird, deren Spitze (1) und/oder Schienen (3 und 4) als Schienenprofile mit asymmetrischem Querschnitt ausgeführt sind.
  7. Verfahren zur Erstellung der Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einerseits eine vorläufige Phase der Montage der verschiedenen Elemente einer beweglichen Spitze (1) und eines Trägers (2) des Kreuzungsherzstücks aufweist, bei der die Profile (5" und 6") zur Bildung der Distanzstücke (5 und 6) an einer Spitze (1), ein Profil (5') zur Bildung des Distanzstücks (5) an einer Schiene (3) eines Elementes des Trägers und ein Profil (6') zur Bildung des Distanzstücks (6) an einer Schiene (4) des genannten Elementes des Trägers befestigt werden, die Spitze (1) und die Schienen (3, 4) genau ausgerichtet werden, die Stege (9, 10) vorgelegt werden und jeweils mit den Profilen (5, 5" und 6', 6") durch Schweißpunkte verbunden werden, dann die Distanzstücke (5, 6) unter Spreizen der Schienen (3, 4) abgelegt werden und schließlich die Stege (9, 10) endgültig verschweißt werden und anderersetis eine abschließende Phase der Anordnung mechanischer Mittel zur lösbaren Verbindung umfaßt, bei der die geteilten Stifte aus Federstahl (11 und 12) in Position gebracht werden, die Distanzstücke (5 und 6) angesetzt werden und diese mit Hilfe von Bolzen hoher Festigkeit (7 und 8) werden und den geteilten Stiften (11 und 12) befestigt werden, welche die Schienen (3 und 4), die bewegliche Spitze (1) und die Distanzstücke durchdringen.
