Claims (10)
- Encastrement de la pointe mobile (1) dans le berceau (2) d'un coeur de croisement incorporé dans les longs rails soudés, ledit encastrement permettant la transmission des efforts de dilatation des rails de voie courante audit berceau, tout en absorbant les efforts dus au roulement des véhicules, ledit berceau (2) étant composé de deux éléments, à savoir un élément monobloc (2') et un élément (2") constitué par deux rails (3 et 4) et relié à l'élément monobloc (2') par soudure ou par toute autre forme d'assemblage, la liaison entre la pointe mobile (1) et l'élément (2") du berceau constitué par deux rails (3 et 4) étant réalisée par un assemblage essentiellement mécanique au moyen de boulons (7), caractérisé en ce qu'une part importante de l'effort de traction ou de compression engendré par les longs rails soudés est transmise par frottement d'entretoises (5 et 6) solidaires de la pointe mobile (1) et de l'élément (2") du berceau constitué par les deux rails (3 et 4) et s'appuyant au fond de l'âme des rails et en ce que l'effort résiduel est absorbé par des goupilles fendues (11 et 12) coopérant avec des boulons à haute résistance (7 et 8) serrés sur les entretoises (5 et 6), les rails (3 et 4) et la pointe mobile (1), de telle sorte que les boulons d'assemblage ne soient sollicités qu'à la traction.
- Encastrement, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (5 et 6) sont fixées, d'une part, sur la pointe mobile (1) par l'intermédiaire de boulons à haute résistance (7) et, d'autre part, sur les rails (3 et 4) de l'élément (2") du berceau (2) par l'intermédiaire des boulons à haute résistance (8).
- Encastrement, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (5 et 6) se présentent chacune sous forme d'une paire de profilés (5', 5" et 6', 6") s'appuyant au fond de l'âme des rails et dégageant des portées d'éclissage en vue du serrage des boulons à haute résistance permettant l'obtention d'un effort de frottement important âme sur âme, les profilés (5', 5" et 6', 6") de chaque paire étant reliés entre eux respectivement au moyen de barrettes (9 et 10).
- Encastrement, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles fendues (11 et 12), qui coopèrent avec les profilés (5', 5" et 6', 6") des entretoises (5 et 6) et avec les boulons à haute résistance (7 et 8) sont en acier à ressort et servent, d'une part, de fourreau auxdits boulons (7 et 8), dont les têtes (8') s'appuient par l'intermédiaire de pièces (13) sur les faces externes des rails (3 et 4) et dont les écrous (7" et 8"), ainsi que les têtes (7') des boulons (7) prennent appui sur les profilés (5', 5" et 6', 6") des entretoises (5 et 6) par l'intermédiaire de rondelles (14) et, d'autre part, de pièce de cisaillement aux efforts longitudinaux, par reprise des sollicitations longitudinales en cas d'annulation du frottement.
- Encastrement, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles fendues traversent les rails (3 et 4) et la pointe mobile (1) par l'intermédiaire de perçages, dont les diamètres sont à peine inférieurs à ceux desdites goupilles.
- Encastrement, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est appliqué à un coeur à pointe mobile, dont la pointe (1) et les rails (3 et 4) sont de hauteur différente.
- Encastrement, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est appliqué à des constructions, dont la pointe (1) et/ou les rails (3 et 4) sont réalisés en profils de rail à section asymétriques.
- Procédé de réalisation de l'encastrement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une phase provisoire de montage des différents éléments d'une pointe mobile (1) et d'un berceau (2) de coeur de croisement et une phase définitive de mise en place de moyens mécaniques de liaison démontable.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans la phase provisoire, il consiste à fixer des profilés (5" et 6") constitutifs d'entretoises (5 et 6) sur une pointe (1), un profilé (5') constitutif de l'entretoise (5) sur un rail (3) d'un élément de berceau et un profilé (6') constitutif de l'entretoise (6) sur un rail (4) dudit élément de berceau, à positionner avec précision la pointe (1) et les rails (3 et 4), à présenter des barrettes (9 et 10) et à les réunir respectivement aux profilés (5, 5" et 6', 6") par des points de soudure, puis à déposer les entretoises (5, 6) en écartant les rails (3 et 4) et, enfin, à souder définitivement les barrettes (9 et 10).
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que sa phase définitive consiste à mettre en place des goupilles fendues (11 et 12), à poser les entretoises (5 et 6) et à les fixer à l'aide de boulons à haute résistance (7 et 8).
