Claims (7)

  1. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung mit:
    einem Magazin (13), das einen Auslaß (12) an einem inneren Ende von sich hat, um eine Vielzahl von Zuschnitten (B) eng Seite an Seite von dem inneren Ende in Richtung eines äußeren Endes des Magazins (13) angeordnet aufzunehmen, wobei die Zuschnitte (B) flach gefaltet sind, so daß sie zu Rohren von quadratischem bis rechteckigem Querschnitt aufgeklappt werden können,
    einem Druckmittel, um den Zuschnitt (B) an der äußersten Position nach innen zu drücken, um die Zuschnitte (B) innerhalb des Magazins (13) in Richtung des Auslasses (12) zu bewegen, und
    einem Führungsmittel, um die Zuschnitte (B) mit ihren Böden darauf liegend zu führen, während die Zuschnitte in Richtung des Auslasses (12) bewegt werden,
    wobei die Zuschnittfördervorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Führungsmittel innere und äußere Riemenscheiben (41, 42), die um eine vorgegebene Strecke voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, und ein Endlosband (44), das um die inneren und äußeren Riemenscheiben (41, 42) gewunden ist, aufweist, wobei die inneren und äußeren Riemenscheiben (41, 42) jeweils frei drehbar sind und sich das Band (44) mit der Drehung der beiden Riemenscheiben (41, 42) entsprechend der Bewegung des Zuschnitts (B) aufgrund eines Drucks des angetriebenen Druckmittels (36) bewegt.
  2. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, worin ein Paar von parallelen Tragbalken (25) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Endlosbandes (44) angeordnet sind und die inneren und äußeren Riemenscheiben (41, 42) an sich montiert haben, und das Endlosband (44) entlang des oberen Pfades seiner Bewegung eine Oberseite hat, die auf einem höheren Niveau als die Oberseiten der Tragbalken (25) positioniert sind.
  3. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in Anspruch 2 definiert, worin der Höhenunterschied zwischen der Oberseite des Endlosbandes (44) entlang des oberen Pfades und den Oberseiten der Tragbalken (25) der Dicke des Bandes entspricht.
  4. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 definiert, worin das Endlosband (44) einen Abschnitt hat, der entlang des oberen Pfades seiner Bewegung positioniert ist und durch eine Gleitplatte gestützt ist.
  5. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 definiert, worin ein Riemenspanner (43) zwischen der äußeren Riemenscheibe (42) und jeder der Tragstangen (25) angeordnet ist.
  6. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 definiert, worin das Druckmittel nach innen und nach außen bewegbare Druckelemente (37) und einen Fluiddruckzylinder (33), um die Druckelemente (37) nach innen zu drücken, hat.
  7. Eine Zuschnittfördervorrichtung wie in Anspruch 6 definiert, die ein Drucksteuerventil (52) aufweist, um den Luftdruck, der dem Fluiddruckzylinder (33) zugeführt wird, von hoch nach niedrig und umgekehrt umzuschalten.
