This permits the blanks B to move smoothly within the magazine 13 as the quantity of blanks B successively decreases with the withdrawal of blanks.

Claims (6)
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung mit:einem Magazin (13) mit einem Auslaß (12) an einem inneren Ende von ihm zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Zuschnitten (B), die eng Seite an Seite von dem inneren Ende in Richtung des äußeren Endes des Magazins (13) angeordnet sind, wobei die Zuschnitte (B) flach gefaltet sind, so daß sie in Rohre von quadratischem bis rechteckigem Querschnitt auffaltbar sind,einem Druckmittel, um den Zuschnitt (B) an der äußersten Position nach innen zu drücken, um die Zuschnitte (B) innerhalb des Magazins (13) in Richtung des Auslasses (12) zu bewegen, undeinem Mittel (14, 15), um zyklisch die Zuschnitte (B) innerhalb des Magazins (13) aufeinanderfolgend einzeln von der innersten Position durch den Auslaß (12) während jedes Zyklus herauszunehmen,wobei die Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Druckmittel mit einem Umschaltmittel versehen ist, um den Druck von ihm von hoch nach niedrig und umgekehrt umzustellen.
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, worin das Druckmittel Druckelemente (37), die nach innen und außen bewegbar sind, und einen Fluiddruckzylinder (33), um die Druckelemente (37) nach innen zu drücken, hat, und das Umschaltmittel ein Drucksteuerventil (52) ist, das an einer Rohrverbindung zwischen einer Druckquelle (51) und dem Fluiddruckzylinder (33) montiert ist.
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung wie in Anspruch 2 definiert, worin das Drucksteuerventil (52) ein vordruckgesteuertes Ventil ist und Niedrigdruck- und Hochdruckeinstellventile (53, 54) im Wechsel einen Vordruck an dem Drucksteuerventil (52) bei einem Umstellen anlegen.
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, worin das Herausnehmmittel einen Transportarm (15), der mit Zuschnitt anziehenden Vakuumnäpfen (14) versehen ist, und einen Kodierer (55) zur Erfassung eines Neigungswinkels des Transportarms (15) und Ausgabe eines dem erfaßten Winkel entsprechenden Signals hat, wobei das Druckmittel nach innen und außen bewegbare Druckelemente (37) und einen Fluiddruckzylinder (33), um die Druckelemente (37) nach innen zu drücken, hat, wobei das Umschaltmittel ein vordruckgesteuertes Drucksteuerventil (52) ist, das an einer Rohrverbindung zwischen einer Druckquelle (51) und dem Fluiddruckzylinder (33) montiert ist, wobei Niedrigdruck- und Hochdruckeinstellventile (53, 54) im Wechsel bei einem Umschalten gemäß einem dem Signal von dem Kodierer (55) betätigbar sind, um an dem Drucksteuerventil (52) einen Vordruck anzulegen.
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung wie in Anspruch 4 definiert, worin während eines Betriebszyklus des Transportarms (15) das Drucksteuerventil (52) dem Vordruck des Niedrigdruckeinstellventils (53) für eine erforderliche erste Zeitdauer ausgesetzt wird, innerhalb der die Vakuumnäpfe (14) den Zuschnitt (B) von der innersten Position innerhalb des Magazins (13) anziehen, und das Drucksteuerventil (52) dem Vordruck des Hochdruckeinstellventils (54) für eine zweite Zeitdauer, die sich von der ersten Zeitdauer unterscheidet, ausgesetzt ist, um einen Zuschnitt aus dem Magazin (13) zu entnehmen.
- Eine Zuschnittzuführvorrichtung wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 definiert, die Führungsmittel, um die Zuschnitte (B) mit ihren Böden darauf liegend zuzuführen, während die Zuschnitte in Richtung des Auslasses (12) bewegt werden, wobei die Führungsmittel innere und äußere Riemenscheiben (41, 42) umfassen, die um eine vorgegebene Strecke voneinander beabstandet sind, und ein Endlosband (44) um die inneren und äußeren Riemenscheiben (41, 42) geführt ist.
