Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gurtbandes (100) mit zwei gleichen Webkanten auf einer Bandwebmaschine mit zwei gegenläufig arbeitenden Schußfadeneintragsnadeln (7,7a), wobei das Gurtband (100) mit wenigstens zwei Webfächern gewebt wird und jede der beiden Kanten (19) mittels jeweils einer der beiden Schußfadeneintragsnadeln (7,7a) derart gewebt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zwei gleichen Webkanten (19) als echte Webkanten ausgebildet werden, daß die wenigstens zwei Webfächer für jede der Kanten als auch die Bandmitte (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei jede der beiden Kanten als Hohlkante gewebt wird oder als einlagige Kante gewebt und mittels eines von zwei symetrisch angeordneter Schließfäden (5,5a) zu einer Hohlkante (19) geschlossen wird, und daß zusätzlich in wenigstens eine der Kanten (19) oder in das Mittelteil 13 des Gutbandes eine die optische Erscheinungsform des Gurtbandes (100) beeinflussende Einlage eingewebt wird, die aus wenigstens einem Kettfaden (3,3a) besteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aus wenigstens einem Kettfaden (3,3a) bestehende Einlage in dessen Längsmitte im Mittelteil (13) des Gurtbandes (100) vorgesehen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aus wenigstens einem Kettfaden (3,3a) bestehende Einlage zu diesem außermittig im Mittelteil (13) des Gurtbandes (100) vorgesehen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aus wenigstens einem Kettfaden (3,3a) bestehende Einlage durch entsprechende Steuerung, insbesondere in einem der Webfächer (15a,15b) mitlaufend, teilweise an die Gurtoberfläche tretend gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die wenigstens einen Kettfaden (3,3a) umfassende Einlage ein Faden aus einem dem Material der tragenden Bereiche des Gurtbandes gleichem oder gleichartigem Material verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die wenigstens einen Kettfaden (3,3a) umfassende Einlage ein Faden aus einem dem Material der tragenden Bereiche des Gurtbandes hinsichtlich seiner Festigkeit und/oder Dehnung unterschiedlichem Material verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die wenigstens einen Kettfaden (3,3a) umfassende Einlage aus einem nicht-tragenden Faden, ein gegenüber dem Material der tragenden Bereiche des Gurtbandes eine geringere Dehnungsfähigkeit und Festigkeit aufweisendes Material verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Festigkeit und/oder Dehnung der wenigstens einen Kettfaden (3,3a) umfassende Einlage bei Materialeinheitlichkeit oder Materialunterschied von Gurtband und Einlage durch eine Vorbehandlung verändert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die wenigstens einen Kettfaden (3,3a) umfassende Einlage ein Faden mit einer von der Farbe des Materials der tragenden Bereiche des Gurtbandes unterschiedlichen Farbe verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die in den Kanten (19) angeordnete Einlage ein Material verwendet wird, welches eine LängsStabilisierung für ein Geradweben des Gurtbandes bildet.
