Claims (26)

  1.   2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance (A) entre le dos (3) et la zone de liaison du segment le plus éloigné du dos et l'articulation qui relie les deux segments l'un à l'autre est plus grande, dans la position de serrage, que la distance (a) entre le dos (3) et la zone de contact entre le pied de serrage (8, 27) et le produit à serrer (7) ou l'autre branche de serrage (2).
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le segment (1b) de la branche de serrage (1) qui présente le pied de serrage (8, 27) est muni, sur le côté du pied de serrage (8) qui est le plus éloigné du dos (3), d'une butée (9) qui détermine la position d'arrêt de ce pied.
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le pied de serrage (8, 27) et la butée (9) sont formés par des nervures, la hauteur (H) de la nervure qui forme le pied de serrage (8, 27) étant plus grande que la hauteur (h) de la nervure qui forme la butée (9).
  5. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de verrouillage, le pied de serrage (8) formé par une nervure droite forme un angle obtus (α) avec la partie de la branche de serrage (2) exempte d'articulation qui est située entre son extrémité libre et le dos (3).
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α) vaut de 100 à 110°.
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dos (3) et les branches de serrage (1, 2) sont constitués de PVC dur et les articulations (4, 5) ainsi que le ressort (6) sont constitués par une matière plastique durablement élastique.
  8. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les branches de serrage (1a, 1b, 2), le dos (3), les articulations (4, 5), le pied de serrage (8, 27) et la butée (9) sont constitués par un segment d'un profilé co-extrudé.
  9. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un ressort (6, 33, 35, 40) constitué par un ressort de traction.
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (6, 33, 35, 40) est formé par une nervure élastique qui relie le segment (1a) d'une branche de serrage (1) qui est situé entre les deux articulations (4, 5) à l'autre branche de serrage (2).
  11. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la nervure élastique qui forme le ressort (33, 35) est en supplément reliée au dos (3).
  12. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la nervure élastique formant le ressort (35) est reliée au dos (3) par toute sa surface.
  13. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un ressort (36, 41) constitué par un ressort de compression.
  14. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (36, 41) est formé par une nervure élastique qui est disposée entre deux saillies (37, 38 ou 39, 38) des deux branches de serrage (1, 2) qui débordent au-delà du dos (3).
  15. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la nervure élastique qui forme le ressort (36) est reliée au dos (3) par toute sa surface.
  16. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (39) de la branche de serrage (1) composée de deux segments (1a, 1b) est en forme de L et, en combinaison avec le dos, enveloppe la nervure élastique sur trois côtés, au moins sur une partie de sa longueur.
  17. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le ressort ou les ressorts (40, 41) est ou sont relié(s) de façon détachable aux branches de serrage (1, 2) ou à des saillies (37, 38) des branches de serrage (1, 2) qui débordent au-delà du dos (3).
  18. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (40, 41) est ancré par des extrémités en forme de T dans des guides en queue d'aronde des branches de serrage (1, 2).
  19. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est entièrement constitué par un tronçon d'un profilé co-extrudé.
  20. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une rainure de retenue (18) dans la région de son dos (3).
  21. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que, dans la région de son dos (3), il est muni d'une languette d'agrafage (23).
  22. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que la branche de serrage (2) dépourvue d'articulation est munie, sur son côté extérieur, d'une couche de colle (25) recouverte d'une pellicule pelable (24).
  23. Dispositif de serrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que la branche de serrage (2) dépourvue d'articulation est munie d'un recouvrement anti-dérapant (32) sur sa face intérieure dans la région du pied de serrage (27).
