Claims (11)
- Arrêtoir de porte pour portes de véhicules automobiles, qui se compose, d'une part, d'une barre d'arrêt (2) constitué d'un segment de plat dont un seul des côtés larges est pourvu d'éléments d'arrêt (1) et de rampes de freinages saillant perpendiculairement au plan dudit côté large, et, d'autre part, d'un boîtier de support (5) qui est composé d'un corps (6) en forme de cuvette et d'une plaque de fond (7), qui est traversé par la barre d'arrêt (2), qui présente une conformation asymétrique par rapport au passage de la barre d'arrêt et dans lequel sont disposés des corps de freinage et de blocage coopérant avec les rampes de freinage et les éléments d'arrêt de la barre d'arrêt, où l'un desdits corps de freinage et de blocage constituée d'une contre-butée fixe (8) coopère avec le côté large lisse (12) de la barre d'arrêt, et où l'autre corps de freinage et de blocage (10) coopère avec les rampes de freinage et les éléments d'arrêt (1) prévus sur l'autre côté large de la barre d'arrêt (2) et est réglable à l'intérieur du boîtier à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort à boudin (9) qui s'appuie sur la face frontale dudit boîtier de support, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures traversantes (13) destinées aux vis de fixation, respectivement aux boulons de fixation (14) du boîtier de support sont prévues dans la plaque de fond (7) alternativement dans la zone recouverte par le boîtier et dans la zone située à côté du boîtier en étant disposés à égale distance de et symétriquement par rapport à la barre d'arrêt (2) sur une ligne passant par le plan médian longitudinal (15) vertical de la barre d'arrêt, et, en ce que dans la plaque de fond (7) est ménagé, tant dans la zone recouverte par le boîtier que dans la zone située à côté du boîtier de support, un enfoncement (17), (19) s'étendant sur tout la largeur de ladite palque de fond, orienté vers le bas par rapport à la surface d'appui, destiné à loger la tête des boulons de fixation.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fond (7) du boîtier de support est constituée d'une pièce en tôle emboutie avec un bord (20) replié vers le haut, courant sur tout son pourtour.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que au moins le corps de freinage et de blocage (10) subissant la pression du ressort à boudin (9) est constitué d'un cylindre tourant, logé dans un support (24) qui est constitué d'une pièce façonnée mobile longitudinalement dans le boîtier de support (5) et dont le côté arrière forme la coupelle de ressort pourvue d'un socle de guidage (25) disposé au centre de ladite coupelle et s'engageant dans le ressort à boudin.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que un corps de freinage et de blocage (8) coopérant avec le côté large lisse (12) de la barre d'arrêt (2) et servant seulement d'élément de guidage ou de contre-butée de la barre d'arrêt (2) est constitué d'un patin fixe disposé dans le corps du boîtier de support.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que un corps de freinage et de blocage (8) coopérant avec le côté large lisse (12) de la barre d'arrêt (2) et servant seulement d'élément de guidage ou de contre-butée de la barre d'arrêt (2) est constitué d'un cylindre rotatif (22) logé dans un support disposé de manière fixe dans le corps du boîtier de support.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé par une rainure longitudinale (31) qui est ménagée dans le côté large (12) lisse de la barre d'arrêt (2) et qui coopère avec un élément de guidage prévu sur la contre-butée (8) disposée de manière fixe dans le corps du boîtier de support.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage qui est prévu sur la contre-butée (8) disposée de manière fixe dans le boîtier de support et qui coopère avec une rainure longitudinale (31) ménagée dans le côté large (12) lisse de la barre d'arrêt (2), est constitué d'une saillie en forme de nez de la contre-butée elle-même constituée de préférence d'un palier lisse en matière synthétique.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage qui est prévu sur la contre-butée (8) disposée de manière fixe dans le boîtier de support et qui coopère avec une rainure longitudinale (31) ménagée dans le côté large (12) lisse de la barre d'arrêt (2), est constitué d'un corps de évolution (27) logé dans la contre-butée elle-même constituée de préférence d'un palier lisse en matière synthétique.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage qui est prévu sur la contre-butée (8) disposée de manière fixe dans le boîtier de support et qui coopère avec une rainure longitudinale (31) ménagée dans le côté large (12) lisse de la barre d'arrêt (2), est constitué d'une bille (33).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt est fabriqué par filage à partir d'un segment de matière de fil métallique.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que le ressort de charge coopérant avec le corps de freinage et de blocage (10) est constitué d'un ressort Belleville.
