Definitions

  • Displacement device for the forced displacement of a sash, in particular a sliding sash, a window or a door
  • the invention relates to a displacement device for the forced displacement of a sash, in particular a sliding sash, a window or a door relative to a frame of the window or door in a direction transverse, in particular perpendicular, to the main plane of the window or door according to the preamble of claim 1 .
  • Sliding sashes as sliding sashes, or sliding and parallel sliding sashes of a window or a door are known in a wide variety of designs and, in the simplest case, consist of a sliding sash arranged in an outer frame for opening and closing and another, also arranged in the frame Door or window element, such as a fixed leaf or fixed panel.
  • the closed sliding sash can be locked on the side facing away from the door or window element by activating an actuating mechanism provided in the sash on the frame and thus secured against unauthorized opening.
  • Horizontally movable sliding sashes with a parallel parking device are usually mounted so that they can be moved above or below the sliding sash.
  • opening usually with an operating handle on the sliding sash, the sliding sash is placed perpendicular to the main plane of the frame with the seals, making it easier to move.
  • the opened sliding sash can then be pushed in front of an adjacent inactive sash.
  • Parallel storage sashes with a small storage dimension when the sash is in the open position relative to the frame are only designed for free sliding.
  • When closing the sliding sash is pulled towards the frame, with the sash seals pressing against the frame again. Opening and closing is also possible using electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators.
  • a device has become known from DE 7127697 U.
  • the offset movement that occurs transversely to the sliding sash frame level enables the sash frame sash to be sealed against the frame.
  • Pairs of rollers are used, which are held by a roller bearing, which are slidably mounted on a bolt attached to the sliding frame wing.
  • a slidably mounted bar is also accommodated in the sliding sash, which has a casserole profile. Will now the bar moves, then the entire sliding sash moves against a fixed overrun element due to the starting of the profiling, so that the bolt penetrates into the overrun element and the spring is compressed. If the bar is moved back again, the spring relaxes and ensures that the sliding sash is returned to its original position.
  • the pairs of rollers have a narrow central area on the bolt of the sliding sash.
  • the casserole profiling of the object is set with a wedge surface against a wedge surface of the casserole element.
  • the disadvantage here is that as a result of the asymmetrical force application, a torque is introduced into the bolt, which is transmitted from the bolt via a narrow part of the roller bearing into the rollers and from this into the running rail. This torque leads to tilting and jamming of the bolt in the receiving element as well as in the roller bearing, so that the construction described above is difficult to move.
  • the present construction is structurally complex, requires space and is not suitable for providing a cost-effective design for large load transfers that require more than two pairs of rollers.
  • EP 0600102 A1 discloses a fitting for forcing a sash into the tilt or sliding position.
  • DE 102016119515 A1 discloses a sliding door unit with a frame and a sliding door that can be moved within the frame and in which at least one fitting is installed.
  • a number of locking bolts are provided across the height of a frame profile of the frame and can be brought into engagement with an associated locking element.
  • several locking bolts can also be provided across the height of a frame profile of the sliding door, each of which is brought into engagement with a locking housing on the frame.
  • a locking element is provided which blocks actuation of a sliding door lock when the locking bolt is in a retracted position. The sliding door is locked when the locking bolt is in the extended position and can lock with the locking element.
  • the locking element can be brought into engagement with the locking bolt or a component connected to the locking bolt in order to lock an actuating element for locking the sliding door in the retracted position of the locking bolt.
  • the actuating element for locking the sliding door is then only in an extended position of the locking bolt completely movable.
  • a multi-part locking piece with a fastening part for fastening to a spar and a locking element receiving part for receiving a locking element has become known from EP 2778329 B1.
  • the closing element receiving part has a slot-like receptacle for the closing element.
  • a damping element is arranged between the closing element receiving part and the fastening part and dampens the impact of the closing element in the direction of the slot-like receptacle.
  • the design with a slot-like receptacle is complex to produce and therefore expensive.
  • the disadvantage here is that due to tolerances in the fitting, the striker can tilt and jam, which can make the construction described above difficult to move or even unusable.
  • EP 2682545 B1 discloses a closure arrangement for a sliding door or a sliding window, with a bearing element which is attached to a sliding sash, a fixed enclosure or a fixed panel of the sliding door or the sliding window. Furthermore, a slide is arranged on the bearing element so that it can move transversely thereto, which cooperates with a closure arrangement via a control element with an actuating device of the sliding door.
  • a locking pin and a striker which has a mushroom head receptacle, are inserted in a form-fitting manner by a mushroom head of the locking pin by moving the locking pin parallel to its longitudinal direction, the mushroom head receptacle surrounding the mushroom head in sections in order to displace the sliding sash both perpendicular to its plane to lock in the sliding direction.
  • the bolt pin requires a precise fit to accommodate the bolt. Minimal deviations can tilt or jam the locking pin, so that there is no secure locking. Furthermore, there is no braking or damping effect with a secure hold in the locked position of the closure arrangement. Locking noises and uncontrolled displacement movements from the parallel, open position in the direction of a secured locking position of the sliding door to the frame cannot be ruled out.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a functionally reliable and compact displacement device with a locking device for a window or a door, in particular a sliding sash as a parallel storage sliding sash, which eliminates the above disadvantages and with a good appearance for the window or door is cost-effective and in a simple, fast, safe and precise manner with little installation space can be sealingly mounted, adjusted and locked.
  • the object is achieved by the displacement device with a locking device according to claim 1.
  • Advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the features of the subclaims.
  • the displacement device can be functionally mounted in the fold circumferential direction on the horizontal spar of the sash and on the vertical spar of the sash, the displacement device being arranged on the horizontal sash, forcibly controls the sash vertically into a parked position from the frame into a free field of operation and guides the sash against the frame during a sliding movement.
  • the displacement device is attached to the vertical spar of the sash with a coupled locking element on the opposite locking side of the actuating handle-controlled actuating gear and can be controlled into a locked closed position or an unlocked and displaceable open position with a locking element on the vertical frame.
  • the locking element has a locking bolt, which passes through a through hole in the vertical spar transversely to the main plane of the wing and is guided in a displaceable manner in the longitudinal direction to the central axis.
  • the locking element preferably has a recess with an opening arranged perpendicular to the main plane of the displaceable wing, into which the locking bolt of the locking element engages in a locking manner from a parallel position of the wing in the direction of the spar of the frame.
  • an element is arranged in the recess, which applies spring force to the locking bolt in the recess against the longitudinal axis of the locking bolt and transversely to the main plane of the wing, so that a braked and dampened insertion of the locking bolt into the locking element is achieved for a locked locking position.
  • a forced displacement of the sash by the displacement device and the actuating mechanism from the locked closed position with engagement of the locking bolt arranged on the sash in the locking element attached to the frame, into the open and parallel position for moving the sash to the frame, is additionally achieved by the element in the recess of the locking element is supported by the counteracting resilient force on the locking bolt.
  • the sash is advantageously additionally pressed into the open and parallel position during the forced opening, which makes the operation of the sash easier.
  • the force-loaded element in the recess of the locking element supports the locked position of the locking bolt against unwanted movements of the displaceable wing by reducing the freedom of movement. Any resulting dimensional deviations and tolerances can be automatically compensated for by the free space within the recess, with limiting measures by the force-loaded element of the locking element to the locking bolt.
  • Locking and unlocking the locking bolt in the locking element arranged on the frame can be achieved by the spring-loaded element without tilting or stiffness. Furthermore, locking is carried out in a damped and braked manner by the spring-loaded element.
  • the element shifts towards an inner wall of the recess.
  • the movable wing to the frame is preferably braked during the positively controlled locking process from a parallel position of the movable wing to the frame when the locking bolt enters the opening and then into the recess with a stop against the elastic element and is positioned so that it locks without play.
  • the locking bolt is forcibly moved out of the recess in the locking element through the opening into a free field of operation.
  • the elastic element When removed from the inner wall, the elastic element automatically assumes a space-reducing position in the recess, which at the same time represents the starting position of the elastic element in the locking element.
  • the locking element consists of a first closure element and a second closure element.
  • the first closure element has countersunk holes arranged on a visible surface for fastening means, preferably for fastening screws, for fastening to a spar of the frame.
