Claims (13)
- Anbaugerät für Flurförderzeuge, vorzugsweise Staplerfahrzeuge, mit einem, zumindest in einer horizontalen Ebene bewegbaren Tragelement, an dem ein gabelförmiges Lastaufnahmemittel (12) angeordnet ist, wobei das Tragelement als front- und/oder endseitig des Flurförderzeugs arretierbares mehrgelenkiges Hebelgetriebe (11) ausgebildet ist, dessen einzelne Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) über vertikale Gelenkachsen (3, 8, 10) miteinander verbunden sind und wobei die einzelnen Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) in den Gelenkachsen (3, 8, 10) einzeln und/oder bewegungssimultan zumindest in horizontaler Richtung mechanisch, hydraulisch oder elektrisch antreibbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Hebelarm (5) mittig an einer vertikal ausgerichteten Tragplatte (1) angeordnet ist, die am Hubschlitten des Flurförderzeugs befestigbar ist unddaß die einzelnen Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) um jeweils zumindest 180° relativ zueinander verdrehbar sind, so daß das Lastaufnahmemittel (12) einen kontinuierlichen Schwenkbereich von 180° hat.
- Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hebelgetriebe (11) dreigelenkig ausgebildet ist. - Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das gesamte Hebelgetriebe (11) am Flurförderzeug und/oder zumindest einer der Hebelarme (5 oder 6 oder 7) in einer der Gelenkachsen (3 oder 8 oder 10) höhenveränderbar sind, wobei die vertikalen und horizontalen Bewegungsabläufe von Hebelgetriebe (11) und/oder zumindest einem Hebelarm (5, 6, 7) gegenseitig überlagerbar sind, dergestalt, daß das Lastaufnahmemittel (12) bis zur maximalen Hubhöhe zu jedem Punkt im Raum bewegbar ist. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest in einer der Gelenkachsen (3 oder 8 oder 10) ein Hubgerüst (16) angeordnet ist. - Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hubgerüst (16) in der Gelenkachse (10) des das Lastaufnahmemittel (12) tragenden Hebelarmes (7) angeordnet ist. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hebelgetriebe (11) an einer Tragplatte (1) angelenkt ist, die in eine Halterung des Flurförderzeuges einsetzbar ist. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterung am Flurförderzeug höhenveränderbar und/oder schwenkbar und/oder neigbar und/oder seitlich verschiebbar und/oder drehbar ist. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) rotatorisch und/oder vertikal mechanisch antreibbar sind. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) rotatorisch und/oder vertikal hydraulisch antreibbar sind. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebelarme (5, 6, 7) rotatorisch und/oder elektrisch antreibbar sind. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hebelgetriebe (11) mit dem Lastaufnahmemittel (12) als alleiniger Lastträger des Flurförderzeuges vorgesehen ist. - Anbaugerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hebelgetriebe (11) mit dem Lastaufnahmemittel (12) als Zusatzlastträger zu einem förderzeugstationären Hauptlastträger vorgesehen ist. - Anbaugerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hebelgetriebe (11) mit dem Lastaufnahmemittel (12) im Aktionsbereich des Hauptlastträgers angeordnet ist.
