Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport bedruckter Bogen in einer Anlage zur Kontrolle der Qualität von Wertscheinen, insbesondere Banknoten, in einer Kontrollzone mit wenigstens einem Detektor (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnte Vorrichtung eine Transportkette (1) ist, welche mit Greifer (2a) tragenden Greiferbalken (2) versehen ist, um den Vorderrand des zu kontrollierenden Bogens zu ergreifen und ihn auf Stützstangen (4, 4') entlanggleiten zu lassen, welche sich longitudinal in Transportrichtung in einer Transferebene erstrecken, dass die Greifer (2a) teilweise in Zwischenräume zwischen den erwähnten Stützstangen (4, 4') eingreifen, dass in der Kontrollzone die Stützstangen (4, 4') mit Saugdüsen (4a) bildenden Löchern längs einer quer zur Transportrichtung orientierten Linie versehen sind und dass in den Zwischenräumen zwischen den Stützstangen (4) bewegliche, mit Saugdüsen (10a) versehene Arme (10) montiert sind, die mit einem Betätigungsmechanismus verbunden sind, um sie zwischen einer justierten Arbeitsstellung, in welcher die Düsen (10a) der Arme (10) mit den Düsen (4a) der Stützstangen (4) ausgerichtet sind, um den zu kontrollierenden Bogen beim Durchgang durch die erwähnte Zone in der Transferebene zu halten, und einer davon entfernten Stellung unterhalb der erwähnten Ebene zu verstellen, während sich die Greifer (2a) oberhalb der Arme (10) vorbeibewegen, so dass ein Zusammenstoss zwischen den erwähnten Greifern (2a) und den erwähnten Armen (10) vermieden wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Transparenzkontrolle der Bogen die Stützstangen (4, 4') in der Kontrollzone durch einen quer zur Transportrichtung der Bogen orientierten Spalt (6) unterbrochen sind, dass eine Lichtquelle (8) auf der Seite des Spalts (6), dem Detektor gegenüberliegend, installiert ist, dass die erwähnten beweglichen Arme (10) sich vor dem erwähnten Spalt (6) befinden und dass die Düsen (4a) der Stützstangen (4) und die Düsen (10a) der Arme (10) an den Enden der erwähnten Stangen (4) und der den Vorderrand des Spalts (6) begrenzenden Arme (10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Justieren der Arme (10) in dem erwähnten Spalt (6) in ihrer Arbeitsstellung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Betätigungsmechanismus einen Nocken (20), welcher sich mit einer mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Bogen synchronisierten Geschwindigkeit dreht, und wenigstens einen Hebel aufweist, der die Arme zwischen den erwähnten Stellungen verschwenkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (10) am Ende eines auf einer stationären Welle (13) schwenkbar angeordneten Winkelhebels (12a, 12b) montiert sind, der mittels einer an einem Steuerhebel (17, 19) angelenkten Transmisionsstange (15) betätigbar ist, und dass dieser Steuerhebel mit einer Rolle (19) versehen ist, die mit dem erwähnten Nocken (20) unter der Wirkung einer Feder (24) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Konfiguration des Nockens (20) derart ist, dass die Düsen (10a) der Arme (20) sich in der Arbeitsstellung in der Transferebene befinden, während der zu kontrollierende Bogen sich in der Kontrollzone bewegt, und dass die Arme (10) im Augenblick des Vorbeigangs der Greifer (2a) nach unten verschwenkt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Luftgebläse mittels Luftdüsen (9a) vorgesehen ist, welche unter der Transferebene installiert und in Richtung auf die Kontrollzone und die Unterseite des Bogens (3) gerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Justieren der Arme (10) in ihrer Arbeitsstellung aus einem Anschlag (26) bestehen, der durch Verschraubung auf einer Gewindestange (22) montiert ist und sich in dieser Arbeitsstellung unter der Wirkung der erwähnten Feder (24) gegen einen festen Anschlag (23) abstützt.
