Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Transport von bedruckten Bogen in einer Anlage zur Kontrolle der Qualität von Wertpapieren, insbesondere Banknoten, mit einem Zylinder (1; 21) und wenigstens einem Detektor (4), der in der Nähe des Zylinderumfangs angeordnet ist, wobei der Zylinder mit wenigstens einer Greiferwelle mit Bogengreifern (2; 22) zum Ergreifen des Vorderrandes des zu transportierenden Bogens (3) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Nähe des erwähnten Detektors (4) eine Kalibrierklinke (6), die beweglich in Bezug auf die Oberfläche des Zylinders (1; 21) montiert ist, und Justierungsmittel (12-15) zum Justieren der erwähnten Klinke (6) vorgesehen sind, um in deren Arbeitsstellung den Abstand dieser Klinke zum Zylinder (1; 21) auf einen bestimmten Wert zu regulieren, so dass sich der zu prüfende Bogen (3) an den erwähnten Zylinder (1; 21) anschmiegt, und dass ein Mechanismus (5) zum intermittierenden Anheben der erwähnten Klinke (6) im Augenblick des Vorbeigangs der Greifer (2; 22) unterhalb der Klinke (6) vorgesehen ist, um einen Zusammenstoss zwischen den Greifern und der erwähnten Klinke zu vermeiden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kalibrierungsklinke (6) am Ende eines Hebels (9) befestigt ist, der auf einer Welle (11) angelenkt und dessen anderes Ende mit einer Rolle (8) versehen ist, welche unter der Wirkung von Rückstellmitteln (10) mit einem Nocken (7; 27) zusammenwirkt, dass dieser Nocken auf einer Achse (7a) montiert ist, deren Drehung mit der des erwähnten Zylinders (1; 21) synchronisiert ist, dass die justierungsmittel zum Justieren der Kalibrierungsklinke (6) aus einer Regulierschraube (12) bestehen, welche auf den erwähnten Hebel (9) wirkt und seine Arbeitsstellung definiert, indem er in dieser Arbeitsstellung unter der Wirkung der erwähnten Rückstellmittel (10) an einem festen Anschlag (15) anliegt, und dass die Konfiguration des Nockens (7; 27) derart ist, dass im Laufe der Drehung des Zylinders (1; 21) die Kalibrierungsklinke (6) die Arbeitsstellung, im bestimmten Abstand vom erwähnten Zylinder, einnimmt, während sich der transportierte Bogen (3) vor dem Detektor (4) befindet, und dass die erwähnte Klinke von dem erwähnten Zylinder während der Zeitspanne entfernt ist, in welcher sich die Greifer (2, 22) unterhalb dieser Klinke vorbeibewegen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (12) in einen Arm (13) eingeschraubt ist, der selber senkrecht am Hebel (9) befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Kalibrierungsklinke (6) eine gebogene Führung (16) vor einem Teil des Umfangs des Zylinders (1; 21) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (1) mit einem Saugsystem ausgerüstet ist und er zu diesem Zwecke Reihen von Löchern (18) aufweist, die auf seiner Oberfläche verteilt angeordnet und mit einem Vakuum verbunden sind, welches nur in einem Sektor (17) wirkt, der in dem Bereich liegt, wo sich der Detektor (4) befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (6) mit einer Oeffnung (19) zur Zufuhr von Blasluft versehen ist und dass diese Oeffnung mit einem inneren Kanal (19a) in Verbindung steht, der am Ende der Klinke mündet, um Blasluft gegen das Papier zu richten.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit mehreren Bogengreiferwellen (22) versehen ist und dass der Mechanismus (5) dazu vorgesehen ist, die Klinke (6) während des Vorbeigangs jeder Bogengreiferwelle anzuheben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Nocken (27) eine Anzahl von Ausbuchtungen (27a) hat, welche der Anzahl der Greiferwellen (22) entspricht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (6) aus Metall besteht.
