Abstract

Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Reinigungsgerätes, wie einer Bürste (3), zwischen zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Backen (11, 21) od.dgl. Dabei sind die beiden Backen (11, 21) od.dgl., welche miteinander elastisch auseinanderfedernd verbunden sind, von einem mit einem Schwenkarm (5) ausgebildeten Bolzen (6) durchsetzt, wobei sie in einer ersten Lage des Schwenkarmes (5) mit dem Reinigungsgerät (3) verspannbar sind, wogegen sie in einer zweiten Lage des Schwenkarmes (5) auseinanderfedern, wodurch das Reinigungsgerät (6) von ihnen lösbar bzw. zwischen diese einsetzbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Reinigungsgerätes, wie einer Bürste, zwischen zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Backen od.dgl.
  • Bei Vorrichtungen zur Befestigung eines Reinigungsgerätes besteht das Erfordernis, daß sie in ihrer Handhabung möglichst einfach sind, ohne daß hierdurch ihre technische Funktionsfähigkeit und Lebensdauer beeinträchtigt werden. Da es sich dabei zudem um Massenartikel handelt, müssen sie in einfacher Weise herstellbar sein.
  • Diese Aufgaben werden erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die beiden Backen od.dgl., welche miteinander elastisch auseinanderfedernd verbunden sind, von einem mit einem Schwenkarm ausgebildeten Bolzen durchsetzt sind, wobei sie in einer ersten Lage des Schwenkarmes mit dem Reinigungsgerät verspannbar sind, wogegen sie in einer zweiten Lage des Schwenkarmes auseinanderfedern, wodurch das Reinigungsgerät zwischen diese einsetzbar bzw. entfernbar ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die an den Schwenkarm anliegende Backe mit einer Lagerfläche für den Schwenkarm ausgebildet, an welche der Schwenkarm in seiner ersten Lage anliegt. Zudem kann die Lagerfläche mit einer Ausnehmung od.dgl. ausgebildet sein, in welche der Schwenkarm in seiner zweiten Lage einrastet und durch welche die Lagerfläche in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt ist. Weiters kann der Schwenkarm auch in seiner ersten Lage mit der anliegenden Backe verrastbar sein, wobei er vorzugsweise mit einer Rastnocke und die anliegende Backe mit einer Rastkerbe ausgebildet sind.
  • Nach einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ragt der Schwenkarm vom Schwenkbolzen nach beiden Seiten hin ab, wobei er in seiner ersten Lage an die beiden Abschnitte der Lagerflächen zur Anlage kommt. Weiters ist vorzugsweise die Ausnehmung angenähert im rechten Winkel zur Lagerfläche ausgerichtet.
  • Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

    eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung, in axonometrischer Darstellung, und
    Fig. 2
    einen Längsschnitt durch dieselbe.
  • Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, besteht eine derartige Vorrichtung aus zwei Teilen 1 und 2, welche an ihrem unteren Ende mit Backen 11, 12 ausgebildet sind, durch welche ein Reinigungsgerät,z.B. eine Bürste 3, lösbar befestigt werden kann. Die Verbindung der beiden Teile 1 und 2 miteinander erfolgt dadurch, daß sie an ihrem oberen Ende mit halbzylindrischen Fortsätzen 12 und 22 ausgebildet sind, auf welche ein Stiel 4 aufgesteckt ist. Die Formgebung der beiden Teile 1 und 2, welche aus elastisch federndem Material, insbesondere aus Hartkunststoff, gefertigt sind, ist so gewählt, daß sie in ihrer Ausgangslage derart auseinanderfedern, daß die Bürste 3 zwischen diese eingesetzt oder aus diesen entfernt werden kann.
  • Zur Verspannung der Bürste 3 zwischen den beiden Backen 11 und 21 ist ein Betätigungselement in Form eines Schwenkarmes 5 vorgesehen, von welchem ein Zapfen 6 abragt, welcher die beiden Teile 1 und 2 in Bohrungen durchsetzt und welcher mittels eines Ringes 61, der am Bolzen 6 fixiert ist, an den Teil 2 anliegt. Der Teil 1 ist weiters mit einer Lagerfläche 14 ausgebilcet, an welche der Schwenkarm 5 in einer ersten Lage anliegt. Die Lagerfläche 14 ist durch eine Ausnehmung 15, welche angenähert quer zur Lagerfläche 14 ausgerichtet ist und in welche der Schwenkarm 5 in seiner zweiten Lage, welche in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, einrastet, in zwei Abschnitte unterbrochen.
  • Die Funktion dieser Vorrichtung ist wie folgt:
    In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Lage des Schwenkarmes 5, in welcher dieser in der Ausnehmung 15 eingerastet ist, können die zwei Teile 1 und 2 auseinanderfedern, wodurch sich die Backen 11 und 21 voneinander in so großem Abstand befinden, daß zwischen diese ein Reinigungsgerät, z.B. die Bürste 3, eingesetzt oder aus diesen entfernt werden kann. Sobald hierauf der Schwenkarm 5 um etwa 90° verschwenkt wird, läuft er auf die beiden Abschnitte der Lagerfläche 14 auf, wodurch die beiden Backen 11 und 21 zueinander bewegt werden und eine zwischen diese eingesetzte Bürste 3 zwischen diesen verspannt wird. Zur Fixierung der Lage des Schwenkarmes 5 in der Spannstellung ist eine Rastvorrichtung vorgesehen, welche durch eine im Teil 1 vorgesehene Nut 18 gebildet ist, in welche der obere Teil des Schwenkarmes 5 einrastet.
  • Da eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung aus einer sehr geringen Anzahl von Bestandteilen besteht, welche in einfacher Weise miteinander verbunden sind, bedingt sie nur geringe Herstellungskosten. Da weiters zu ihrer Betätigung nur ein Schwenkarm in zwei Lagen verstellt zu werden braucht, kann sie in einfacher Weise gehandhabt werden. Zudem ist die Konstruktion als solche so einfach, daß eine hohe Standzeit gewährleistet ist, abgesehen davon, daß beschädigte Einzelteile jederzeit durch neue Teile ersetzt werden können.

Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Reinigungsgerätes, wie einer Bürste, zwischen zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Backen od.dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Backen (11, 21) od.dgl., welche miteinander elastisch auseinanderfedernd verbunden sind, von einem mit einem Schwenkarm (5) ausgebildeten Bolzen (6) durchsetzt sind, wobei die beiden Backen (11, 21) in einer ersten Lage des Schwenkarmes (5) mit dem Reinigungsgerät (3) verspannbar sind, wogegen sie in einer zweiten Lage des Schwenkarmes (5) auseinanderfedern, wodurch das Reinigungsgerät (6) von ihnen lösbar bzw. zwischen diese einsetzbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den Schwenkarm (6) anliegende Backe (11) mit einer Lagerfläche (14) für den Schwenkarm (5) ausgebildet ist, an die der Schwenkarm (5) in seiner ersten Lage anliegt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Lagerfläche (14) eine Ausnehmung (15) anschließt, in welche der Schwenkarm (5) in seiner zweiten Lage einrastet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (5) in seiner ersten Lage mit der anliegenden Backe (11) verrastbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (5) mit einer Rastnocke und die anliegende Backe (11) mit einer Rastkerbe (18) ausgebildet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (5) vom Schwenkbolzen (6) nach beiden Seiten abragt, wobei er in seiner ersten Lage an die beiden Abschnitte der Lagerfläche (14) zur Anlage kommt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (15) angenähert im rechten Winkel zur Lagerfläche (14) ausgerichtet ist.
