[Class 61 (i).] A grip for mops or brushes comprises two jaw members A, B of triangular shape with turned over edges a, b and a<1>, b<1>, one member A terminating in a socket A<1> to receive the handle C and the other member B formed of U-shape at the end B<1> to fit over the socket, to the upper end of which it is pivoted by a pin d. The mop is gripped between the jaws by means of a bolt D and lever nut D<1>.
