Abstract

Le présent procédé permet de fabriquer des particules de dimension uniforme à partir de composés solides. Premièrement, un composé solide approprié est dissous dans un solvant approprié. On fait infuser un liquide de précipitation qui provoque une suspension de particules non agrégées ayant un diamètre moyen sensiblement uniforme. Les particules sont ensuite séparées du solvant. Selon le composé solide et selon la dimension de particules souhaitée, les paramètres de température, de rapport non-solvant/solvant, de vitesse d'infusion, de vitesse d'agitation, et de volume peuvent être modifiés. Le liquide de précipitation peut être aqueux ou non aqueux, selon la solubilité relative du composé et selon le véhicule de suspension souhaité.
