Abstract

Pour améliorer la qualité et les propriétés d'utilisation de la surface d'estampage d'un outil d'estampage servant au formage des surfaces de stratifiés emboutis ou autres, la surface d'estampage est revêtue, avant le matage, d'une structure de fond fine et non orientée, de préférence si fine qu'elle n'est plus reconnaissable comme telle après le matage. Le matage sera obtenu soit par chromage mat soit par sablage et suivi d'un chromage mat. La structure de fond est réalisée par un procédé d'attaque chimique pouvant être réalisé en une seule ou en plusieurs étapes.
