Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une surface structurée d'un outil d'estampage, en particulier d'une tôle ou d'un feuillard estampé(e), afin de fabriquer un matériau sous forme de plaque et/ou de bande structurée en surface, qui consiste à structurer deux ou plusieurs surfaces partielles différentes les unes des autres dans des opérations d'usinage séparées les unes des autres dans le temps, chaque opération d'usinage comprenant les étapes suivantes, dans l'ordre indiqué : v) masquage des surfaces partielles qui ne doivent pas être structurées au cours de l'opération d'usinage, si elles ne sont pas déjà masquées, à l'aide d'un cache ; vi) enlèvement de la matière superficielle de la surface non masquée pour produire une structure de surface ; vii) facultativement, élimination des moyens utilisés pour la structuration de la surface partielle, et viii) facultativement, élimination de tout ou partie du cache. Un outil de presse fabriqué de cette manière permet de fabriquer des imitations de panneaux de bois qui donnent une impression optique sensiblement proche d'un panneau de bois véritable composé de plusieurs lames, comme c'est le cas avec les outils de presse classiques.
