Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein ausziehbares Einbaubügelbrett mit einem auf ein Rückteil aufklappbaren Vorderteil, welches über mindestens ein Parallelogrammlenkerpaar von einer unteren Ruhestellung in eine obere Arbeitslage schwenkbar an einem in einer Führung verschiebbar gelagerten Auszug angeordnet ist. Bei einem bekannten Einbaubügelbrett dieser Art, vgl. EP-A-0 173 036, wird das abgeklappte Vorderteil durch eine an ihm schwenkbar angeordnete Stütze, welche in eine Rastvorrichtung eingreift, gehalten. Dabei besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, daß der Bügel nicht selbsttätig in die richtige Lage schwenkt und man daher von Hand nachhelfen muß. Außerdem verhindern die Stützen ein Bügeln von schlauchartigen Kleidungsstücken wie Ärmeln, Hosenbeinen und dgl., da diese nicht weit genug über das Bügelbrett gezogen werden können.
  • Es ist deshalb die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine stabile und sichere Abstützung des Vorderteils des Bügelbrettes sicherzustellen sowie ein völlig selbsttätiges Ausfahren und Einziehen der Stützvorrichtung zu erreichen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß am Rückteil Längsverschiebbar ein Stutzträger für das Vorderteil angeordnet ist, wobei der Auszug mit dem Stützträger durch einen Schubarm gelenkig verbunden ist und die Gelenkverbindung am Stützträger in Auszugsrichtung gesehen, hinter der Anlenkung am Anzug liegt. Wenn nunmehr das Bügelbrett aus seiner eingeschobenen Lage herausgezogen und entweder selbsttätig oder von Hand in seine Arbeitslage gebracht wird, schwenkt zwangsläufig der Schubarm um seine Gelenkverbindung am Auszug und überträgt den horizontalen Anteil seiner Bewegung auf den Stützträger. Dieser wird dadurch in Auszugsrichtung nach vorne geschoben und bildet eine durchgehende Abstützung für das in die Arbeitsstellung geklappte Vorderteil. Die Stützvorrichtung wird also völlig selbsttätig beim Ausziehen des Bügelbrettes vorgeschoben bzw. beim Einschieben zurückbewegt. Die Länge der Ausfahrbewegung des Stützträgers läßt sich durch geeignete Wahl der Anlenkpunkte und der Länge des Schubarmes in bestimmten Grenzen beliebig verändern. Außerdem wird durch die Stützvorrichtung gewährleistet, daß schlauchförmige Kleidungsstücke sehr weit auf das Bügelbrett aufgeschoben werden können, so daß sie wesentlich einfacher zu bügeln sind.
  • Um den Aufbau der gesamten Vorrichtung zu vereinfachen, weisen der vordere Parallelogrammlenker und der Schubarm eine gemeinsame Gelenkverbindung am Auszug auf. Zweckmäßig ist der Schubarm am hinteren freien Ende des Stützträgers angeordnet.
  • Um das Vorderteil und das gesamte Bügelbrett zusätzlich in der Arbeitsstellung zu sichern, sind am Stützträger eine Raste und am Vorderteil eine mit ihr zusammenarbeitende Rastnut od.dgl. vorgesehen. Selbstverständlich kann auch die umgekehrte Anordnung vorgenommen werden oder aber andere Rastvorrichtungen vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es stellen dar:

  • Das Bügelbrett ist in einer unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte 2 eines Schrankes 1 befindlichen Schublade untergebracht. Seine Arbeitsfläche besteht aus dem Rückteil 7 und dem Vorderteil 9, welche durch ein Schwenkscharnier 30 miteinander verbunden sind, so daß das Vorderteil 9, wie die Fign. 1 und 2 zeigen, auf das Rückteil 7 aufgeklappt werden kann. Das zusammengeklappte Bügelbrett ist durch eine Blende 16 mit Handgriff 17 nach vorne abgedeckt und kann am Handgriff 17 herausgezogen werden. Dazu dient ein aus Teleskopschienen 3, 4 und 5 bestehender Auszug. Am hinteren Ende des Rückteils 7 ist ein Drahtseil 14 befestigt, welches andererseits an einem in einer Schiene 15 gleitbaren Anker 20 befestigt ist.
  • Ein Ziehen am Handgriff 17 bewirkt, daß die Teleskopschienen 3, 4 und 5 ausfahren. Gleichzeitig wird der Anker 20 des Drahtseils 14 in der Führungsschiene 15 in Auszugsrichtung 22 gezogen, bis er am vorderen Teil der Führungsschiene 15 anschlägt Dann zieht das Drahtseil 14 die gesamte Anordnung nach hinten wodurch sich die am Rückteil 7 schwenkbar angelenkten Parallelogrammlenker 8 und 8' in Richtung des Pfeils 25 aufrichten. Die Parallelogrammlenker 8 und 8' sind jeweils über Schwenkgelenke 6 und 6' an den Teleskopschienen 3 und 4 des Auszuges befestigt. Schließlich nehmen die Parallelogrammlenkerarme 8 und 8' die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Stellung ein. Dabei schlägt das Rückteil 7 an der Vorderkante der Arbeitsplatte 2 an.
  • Weiterhin ist am Rückteil 7 ein Stützträger 12 verschiebbar gelagert, der an seinem vorderen Ende eine Raststütze 10 trägt. Beim Ausziehen des Einbaubügelbretts in Richtung des Pfeils 22 wird ein an der Gelenkverbindung 6 befestigter Schubarm 11 in Richtung des Pfeils 26, d.h. entgegengesetzt zu den Parallelogrammlenkern 8 und 8' geschwenkt und schiebt den Stützträger 12, an dessen hinterem Ende 28 er bei 27 angelenkt ist, nach vorne, d.h. in Richtung des Pfeils 22 Obwohl nur ein Schubarm 11 dargestellt ist, kann selbstverständlich auch ein Schubarmpaar auf beiden Seiten des Stützträgers 12 angreifen.
  • Gemäß Fig. 3 wird dann das Vorderteil 9 um das Schwenkscharnier 30 in Richtung des Pfeils 23 nach vorne geklappt, wobei eine Rastnut 13 im Vorderteil 9 in die Raste 10 einrastet. Auf diese Weise wird das ausgeschwenkte Vorderteil 9 durch den Stützträger 12 und die Raste 10 in stabiler und eingerasteter Lage in derselben Ebene wie das Rückteil 7 gehalten.
  • Zum Wiedereinfahren ausgehend von dem in Fig. 3 gezeigten Zustand wird zunächst das Vorderteil 9 zurückgeklappt, bis es die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Lage einnimmt. Eine auf den Handgriff 17 ausgeübte Druckkraft in Richtung des Pfeils 22' überträgt sich über die Parallelogrammlenker 8 und 8' auf das Rückteil 7, das synergistisch mit dem Einschieben der Teleskopschiene durch die Vorderkante der Arbeitsplatte 2 nach vorne, d.h. in Richtung des Pfeils 22 geschoben wird. Dadurch schwenken die Parallelogrammlenker 8 und 8' über ihren oberen Totpunkt hinweg und klappen schließlich in die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Stellung zurück. Gleichzeitig wird der Schubarm 11 entgegengesetzt zum Pfeil 26 gemäß Fig. 2 nach unten geschwenkt, so daß mit dem Absenken der beiden Bügelbretteile 7 und 9 der Stützträger 12 in Richtung des Pfeils 22' geschoben wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Ausziehbares Einbaubügelbrett mit einem auf ein Rückteil (7) aufklappbaren Vorderteil (9), welches über mindestens ein Parallelogrammlenkerpaar (8, 8') von einer unteren Ruhestellung in eine obere Arbeitslage schwenkbar an einem in einer Führung verschiebbar gelagerten Auszug (3, 4, 5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rückteil (7) längsverschiebbar ein Stützträger (12) für das Vorderteil (9) angeordnet ist, wobei der Auszug (3, 4 und 5) mit dem Stützträger (12) durch einen Schubarm (11) gelenkig verbunden ist und die Gelenkverbindung (27) am Stützträger (12) in Auszugsrichtung (22) gesehen hinter der Anlenkung (6) am Auszug (3, 4 und 5) liegt.
  2. Bügelbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Parallelogrammlenker (8) und der Schubarm (11) eine gemeinsame Gelenkverbindung (6) am Auszug aufweisen.
  3. Bügelbrett nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubarm am hinteren freien Ende (28) des Stützträgers (12) angelenkt ist.
  4. Bügelbrett nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stützträger (12) eine Raste (10) und am Vorderteil (9) eine mit dieser zusammenwirkende Rastnut (13) od.dgl. vorgesehen sind.
