Description
Claims (3)
- Anordnung zur dichten Durchführung wenigstens eines Leiters (70) durch eine Wand eines Gehäuses (10) zur elektrischen Verbindung eines elektrischen Bauteils (37) innerhalb des Gehäuses mit einem außerhalb des Gehäuses liegenden elektrischen Bauteil (46), wobei das Gehäuse eine durch ein Verschlußteil (51, 58, 158) verschließbare Gehäuseöffnung (47) aufweist mit zwischen dem Verschlußteil und der die Gehäuseöffnung umgebenden Gehäusewand (44, 48) angeordneter Dichtung (56, 63, 157, 165) an die das Verschlußteil durch eine Schließkraft gehalten ist und der Leiter (70) als Leiterbahn ausgebildet ist, die dicht und nach außen isoliert mit einem Leiterbahnträger (64, 65, 66, 166, 71, 72) verbunden ist, der zwischen Verschlußteil und Gehäuse hindurchgeführt ist und spätestens in Schließposition des Verschlußteils in dichtem Kontakt mit der Dichtung ist, wobei das Gehäuse das Gehäuse einer Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe der Verteiler bauart ist und im Innern mit unter Druck stehendem Kraftstoff gefüllt ist und die Wand des Gehäuses dieses Gehäuse von einem Bereich trennt, in dem atmosphärischer Luftdruck herrscht und des außerhalb des Gehäuses liegende elektrische Bauteil (46) angeordnet ist und ferner der Leiterbahnträger zumindest im Innern des Gehäuses als biegsame, elastische Trägerfolie (71, 72, 66, 166) aus Polyimid ausgebildet ist und die Leiterbahn mit einem Ende der Trägerfolie (66, 166) mit dem einem entsprechend der Drehzahl der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe ortsveränderlichen unteren elektrischen Bauteil (37) das als Winkelgeberteil ausgeführt ist verbunden und Kontaktiert ist und die Trägerfolie im Anlagebereich des Verschlußteils an die Gehäusewand beidseitig einen mit einer Dichtung verbundenen Grundkörper aufweist, von dem ausgehend je ein die Leiterbahn (70) tragender des Fortsatz (166, 72) zum Innern des Gehäuses und nach außen abführt, und der zum Innern des Gehäuses die Formdichtung überragt und im Einbauzustand nach innen umgebogen ist wobei das ausserhalb des Gehäudes liegende elektrische Bauteil mit dem Ende des nach außenragenden Fortsatzes kontaktiert ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper der Trägerfolie ringförmigen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper der Trägerfolie ein Steg (71) ist, der an seinen Enden von der Formdichtung (157) umschlossenen wird.
