Claims (9)

  1. Procédé à détacher des pièces découpées en feuille stratifiée (3), qui sont prévues de coupures dans une feuille extérieure collée à un papier de base par une couche auto-adhésive à sa face arrière, lesquelles coupures forment une inscription ou un graphique publicitaire conçu à l'attache auto-adhésive à une surface publicitaire, laquelle inscription ou lequel graphique reste sur ledit papier de base quand une partie de feuille résiduelle (15) de ladite feuille extérieure est pelée dudit papier de base desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3), à
    - un dispositif convoyeur (2) à convoyer lesdites pièces découpées en feuille (3) selon un sens de transport (4) déterminé;
    - des moyens de découpage (5) montés le long dudit sens de transport (4), au moyen desquels le bord d'entrée desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3) est coupé en biais, à un angle obtus, de façon que la face supérieure de ladite feuille extérieure fait saillie en avant du dessous dudit papier de base de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) audit sens de transport déterminé (4);
    - un branchement prévu d'une arête de renvoi (8), qui, vue en sens de transport déterminé (4) desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3), est disposé en aval desdits moyens de découpage (5) et auquel, à interaction avec des moyens de transfert (10), ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (15) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est pelée dudit papier de base pour un transfert ultérieure le long d'un sens de transfert (14) branché dudit sens de transport déterminé (4) et un transfert desdites parties de feuille résiduelles (15) à un rouleau de coupons (16) est prévu, lesdits moyens de transfert (10) prenant, à ladite arête de renvoi (8), la zone marginale d'entrée de ladite feuille extérieure pour le transfert suivant audit rouleau de coupons (16), au moyen duquel le pelage desdites parties de feuille résiduelles (15) dudit papier de base est continu, pendant que ledit papier de base de chaque pièce découpées en feuille (3) à ladite inscription ou audit graphique publicitaire, qui reste à sa face supérieure audit branchement, est enlevé audit sens de transport déterminé (4).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, avant le pelage de ladite pièce de feuille résiduelle (15), ladite feuille extérieure de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est chauffée afin d'achever, moyennant un retrait de ladite feuille extérieure, un élargissement de la largeur de coupe desdites coupures, qui forment l'inscription ou le graphique publicitaire respectif, afin de séparer ladite pièce de feuille résiduelle (15), de façon améliorée dans la zone de ladite arête de renvoi (8), des contours de ladite inscription ou dudit graphique publicitaire, en pelant ladite pièce de feuille résiduelle.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est mise en contact, à ladite arête de renvoi (8) avec un coussin (11) à l'élasticité de caoutchouc desdits moyens de transfert (10) avec la couche auto-adhésive à la face arrière de la zone marginale d'entrée de ladite feuille extérieure, de façon que par un mouvement desdits moyens de transfert (10), relatif à ladite arête de renvoi (8), ladite pièce de feuille résiduelle (15) soit pelée dudit papier de base avant que le pelage de ladite pièce de feuille résiduelle soit continué par ledit rouleau de coupons (16).
  4. Appareil à détacher des pièces découpées en feuille stratifiée (3), qui sont prévues de coupures dans une feuille extérieure collée à un papier de base par une couche auto-adhésive à sa face arrière, lesquelles coupures forment une inscription ou un graphique publicitaire conçu à l'attache auto-adhésive à une surface publicitaire, laquelle inscription ou lequel graphique reste sur ledit papier de base quand une partie de feuille résiduelle (15) de ladite feuille extérieure est pelée dudit papier de base desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3), comprenant
    - un dispositif convoyeur qui comprend une table transporteuse (2) comme support pour lesdits pièces découpées en feuille (3) pour leur transport selon un sens de transport (4) déterminé;
    - des moyens de découpage (5) montés le long dudit sens de transport (4) desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3), au moyen desquels le bord d'entrée (3') desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3) est coupé en biais, à un angle obtus, de façon que la face supérieure de ladite feuille extérieure fait saillie en avant du dessous dudit papier de base de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) audit sens de transport déterminé (4);
    - une arête de renvoi (8) qui, vue en sens de transport déterminé (4), est disposée en aval desdits moyens de découpage (5) et à laquelle, la partie de feuille résiduelle (15) de ladite feuille extérieure de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est pelée dudit papier de base par un renvoi dans un sens de transfert (14) branché dudit sens de transport déterminé (4), pendant que l'inscription ou le graphique publicitaire, qui est formé par les coupures dans ladite feuille extérieure, reste sur la face supérieure dudit papier de base;
    - des moyens de transfert (10) qui prennent, à l'arête de renvoi (8), la zone marginale d'entrée de ladite feuille extérieure de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) et, à interaction avec ladite arête de renvoi (8), pèle ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (15) dudit papier de base, dans lesdits moyens de transfert branchés (14), pendant que ledit papier, ensemble avec l'inscription ou le graphique publicitaire qui reste à sa surface supérieure est enlevé au sens de transport déterminé (4);
    - un rouleau de coupons (16) qui reçoit ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (15) pelée de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3), à partir desdits moyens de transfert (10).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transfert (10) sont prévus d'un coussin à l'élasticité de caoutchouc (11), auquel ladite zone marginale d'entrée de ladite feuille extérieure de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est collée, de façon transitoire, audit rouleau de coupons (16) par ladite couche auto-adhésive à la face arrière, jusqu'au moment de transfert de ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (15).
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transfert (10) sont conçus à un chariot de transfert (12) mobile le long d'un rail de guidage (13), lequel chariot présente ledit coussin (11) à l'élasticité de caoutchouc et est pivotable autour d'un axe (17) parallèle à un axe de révolution (18) dudit rouleau de coupons (16) pour le transfert desdites parties de feuille résiduelles (15) audit rouleau de coupons (16).
  7. Appareil selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel ledit rouleau de coupons (16) ainsi qu'un rouleau d'entraînement (21) tenu en contact avec la surface enveloppante de la première sont logés à deux bras oscillants individuels (19, 20) d'un système de direction, qui est guidé dans un guide à fente (24) pour ledit axe de révolution (18) dudit rouleau de coupons (16), ledit guide étant orienté de façon angulaire relative audit sens de transfert branché (14).
  8. Appareil selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel au voisinage de ladite arête de renvoi (8) une brosse (8') est disposée qui sert à agir sur l'inscription ou le graphique publicitaire, qui reste sur la surface supérieure dudit papier de base de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3), au cours du pelage de ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (15).
  9. Appareil selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, dans lequel au voisinage desdits moyens de découpage (5) un passage de chauffage (5') est disposé afin d'achever un retrait de ladite feuille extérieure de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) pour un élargissement de la largeur de coupe desdites coupures dans ladite feuille extérieure, qui forment l'inscription ou le graphique publicitaire respectif.
