Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a transfer path according to the preamble of claim 1, a method for Production of a transfer track according to the preamble of patent claim 11 and a device for using a transfer track according to the preamble of patent claim 19.
  • the invention is based on a transfer track, the Top with a first separator and its bottom is coated with a second separator, the second separator a much stronger separation force has as the first separator, and a method for Production of the transfer path and a device for Using the same.
  • JP-A-05-043847 describes an adhesive-coated on both sides, Silicone-treated carrier tape is described, in which the adhesive coated pages are each covered with a release paper and that Carrier tape with a corona discharge before applying the adhesive is treated.
  • the invention is based on the object that initially to improve the transfer path and to design the method in such a way that it can be realized more cheaply.
  • the invention provides for this that the first separator with self-adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive in the form of an aqueous Dispersion of a pearl polymer for transferring the pressure sensitive adhesive onto sheets Paper is coated and the first separator does not promote wetting Silica-based anti-transmission agent is added.
  • the transfer train can be coated in a central location with pressure sensitive adhesive and together with the pressure sensitive adhesive applied to them are made transportable. So that will the one who wishes to coat his paper sheets with pressure sensitive adhesive from which Production of the transfer tape coated with pressure sensitive adhesive, which he from the central office can get the application ready.
  • Add starch-based thickeners are expedient Refinements of the transfer sheet coated with the pressure sensitive adhesive in the Subclaims specified.
  • the transfer path mentioned above can be produced in a simple manner that the first separator with self-adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive in the form of a aqueous dispersion of a pearl polymer for transferring the pressure sensitive adhesive Sheet of paper or the like material coated and him a Wetting-promoting but not transmission-inhibiting agent based on silica is added.
  • Preferred refinements of the method are further Subclaims specified.
  • the device for using the invention sees a first storage device for that rotatable holding a supply roll out with pressure sensitive adhesive coated transfer track, a transfer section with Printing and counter-pressure roller and a second Storage device for receiving a sleeve for the Rewinding for a role to include the Transfer web and a sheet feeder before.

  • the staggering or scaling can for example be realized in that under a contact surfaces of a stack of sheets a sheet removal device is arranged, the a shingling or staggering device is connected downstream in the sheet conveying direction, taking the sheets from the bottom with high Speed taken individually and in the shed or Stagger device are braked so that the scales with a given height or are staggered. It is also recommended to consider the extent the braking of the sheets in the relay device to control according to a desired height. Is the Very small height, such as for sticky notes is desired, one also speaks of scaly arches. A large scale height is particularly suitable for that Manufacture of self-adhesive labels.
