Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour la réalisation de marquages routiers à partir d'une masse plastique à froid et de perles de verre appliquées de manière appropriée se composant d'un récipient (40) relié à un agitateur (30), placé sur un dispositif mobile (100) et chargé en masse plastique à froid depuis un réservoir, récipient qui, approximativement sur la face tournée vers la chaussée, est muni d'une ouverture conçue en conséquence et fermable par une plaque d'obturation (60), caractérisé en ce que le récipient (40) ou une plaque de fond (48) du récipient (40), conçu en conséquence, est muni d'un nombre de trous (51', 52') disposés à distance les uns des autres, orientés sensiblement transversalement à la direction de transport (X) et pouvant coïncider avec la largeur du marquage routier (1) à réaliser, lesquels trous constituent l'ouverture fermable.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le récipient (40) ou dans la plaque de fond (48), il est disposé une première rangée (51) de trous (51') dans la direction de transport (X) et, à distance de celle-ci, une seconde rangée (52) de trous (52').
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les trous (52') de la seconde rangée sont disposés de manière décalée par rapport aux trous (51') de la première rangée (51).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le récipient (40) ou dans la plaque de fond (48), il est disposé plusieurs rangées (51, 52) de trous (51' 52') disposées à distance l'une de l'autre et orientées transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (X).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le récipient (40) ou dans la plaque de fond (48), il est disposé une plaque interchangeable munie de trous alignés transversalement à la direction de transport (X).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'obturation (60) disposée dans des guides correspondants (43, 44) et prévue pour la fermeture des trous disposés en rangée (51', 52') est actionnable manuellement, mécaniquement, pneumatiquement/hydrauliquement ou électriquement.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'obturation (60) est logée dans des rails de guidage (43, 44) et est coulissante à très peu de distance et de manière parallèle sous la plaque de fond (48) munie des rangées de trous (51, 52).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (40) comprend une partie supérieure, sensiblement cylindrique (50') ainsi qu'une partie de fond (50) allant en se rétrécissant en forme d'entonnoir en direction de la plaque de fond (48).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur (30) insérable dans l'espace intérieur (40') comprend un nombre de pales agitatrices (33) fixées à un arbre (32) de manière hélicoïdale, lesquelles sont conçues et disposées de manière à garantir, pendant le mouvement de rotation de l'agitateur (30), une pression exercée sur la masse plastique à froid se trouvant dans le récipient (40), et, ce, en direction de la plaque de fond (48)
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (75), englobant le récipient (40) ainsi que l'agitateur (30) à rotation motorisée, est disposé sur le côté ou entre les longerons du cadre de châssis (10) du véhicule.
