Claims (9)
- Faltvorrichtung für Wäschestücke, mit einem Wäschezuführförderer (1), einer ersten Faltstation (2) zum Falten der Wäsche längs zur Eingaberichtung, einer zweiten Faltstation (3) zum Falten der Wäschestücke quer zur Eingaberichtung, einer Wäscheausfördereinrichtung (4) sowie mit einer Steuereinheit (5), wobei die erste Faltstation (2) längs zur Eingaberichtung dreigeteilt ist in ein Mittelteil (6) und zwei seitlich und höhenversetzt dazu angeordnete Seitenteile (7, 8), welcher Mittelteil und welche Seitenteile als Förderer mit umlaufenden Transportgurten (38') ausgebildet sind, und wobei die erste Faltstation (2) zwei sich parallel zur Eingaberichtung erstreckende, über dem Mittelteil (6) angeordnete und quer zur genannten Richtung verstellbare und voneinander beabstandete Faltschablonen (9, 10) aufweist sowie zwei gegenüber den Faltschablonen (9, 10) höhenversetzte Faltschieber (11, 12) umfasst, welche unter den Seitenteilen (7, 8) angeordnet und quer zur Eingaberichtung je zu den Faltschablonen hin und her verschiebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Wäschezuführförderer (1) eine Abtasteinrichtung (13) zum Feststellen der Breite eines zum Falten einzugebenden Wäschestücks vorgesehen ist und dass die Abtasteinrichtung (13) die Steuereinheit (5) mit Signalen beaufschlagt, welche zum Einstellen des dem zu faltenden Wäschestück angepassten Abstandes (a) der Faltschablonen (9, 10) voneinander und zum Zustellen der Faltschieber (11, 12) an die Faltschablonen (9, 10) bestimmt sind, wobei dadurch ein Anstellwinkel a für das zu faltende Wäschestück zwischen je einer Faltschablone und dem der betreffenden Faltschablone zugestellten benachbarten Faltschieber gebildet ist und wobei die Seitenteile (7, 8) mit den Faltschablonen (9, 10) derart in Wirkverbindung stehen, dass sie bei Verstellungen derselben dann in eine äussere Endlage oder in eine innere Endlage verschoben werden, wenn dabei eine Mindestdistanz bzw. eine Höchstdistanz zwischen der Faltschablone und dem benachbarten Seitenteil erreicht wird.
- Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtasteinrichtung (13) ein in Querrichtung zum Wäschezuführförderer (1) mittig angeordnetes erstes Abtastelement (15) umfasst, sowie mindestens ein seitlich zum ersten Abtastelement (15) versetzt angeordnetes zweites Abtastelement (16, 17) aufweist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtasteinrichtung (13) drei Abtastelemente umfasst und dass jedes der Abtastelemente als reflektierende Lichtschranke (15, 16, 17) ausgeführt ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanz (b) einer inneren Abschlusskante (18, 19) von je einem Faltschieber (11, 12) im zugestellten Zustand bis zu einer äusseren Kante der benachbarten Faltschablone (9, 10) unabhängig von einem Abstand (a) der beiden Faltschablonen voneinander im wesentlichen konstant ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltschablonen (9, 10) mittels einer mit einem Motor (20) angetriebenen Spindel (21) mit gegenläufigem Vorschubgewinde (22a, 22b) symmetrisch zur Längsachse der Faltvorrichtung verstellbar sind und dass zum Ermitteln des Abstandes (a) der Faltschablonen (9, 10) ein Tastorgan (23) zum Zählen der Spindelumgänge vorhanden ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Verstellbereich der Faltschablonen (9, 10) durch einen inneren (24) und einen äusseren Endschalter (25) überwacht ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Seitenteile (7, 8) der ersten Faltstation (2) quer zur Eingaberichtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist, und für extrem breite Wäschestücke in der äusseren Endlage und für extrem schmale Wäschestücke in der inneren Endlage positioniert ist.
- Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Endlagen der Seitenteile (7, 8) in Abhängigkeit des Abstandes (a) der Faltschablonen (9, 10) zwangsläufig steuerbar sind.
- Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anhand der von der Abtasteinrichtung (13) gelieferten Signale die Steuereinheit (5) befähigt ist, aus mehreren gespeicherten Vorgaben einen für das zu faltende Wäschestück (14) geeigneten Abstand (a) der Faltschablonen (9, 10) auszuwählen.
