Claims (10)

  1. Former à deux toiles (2) d'une machine à papier ou à carton, comportant une toile supérieure (3), une toile inférieure (18) et une buse à fente (1) pour l'évacuation de l'eau de filtrage de la toile supérieur (3) du former, qui présente un volume (4) guidant l'eau, lequel est formé entre deux parois (5 et 6) s'étendant transversalement à la toile (3), sur la largeur de la toile, la paroi avant (5) dans le sens de circulation de la toile étant espacée de celle-ci, de sorte qu'entre le bord inférieur de la paroi avant (5) et la toile, il existe une fente (7), la paroi arrière (6) s'étendant dans sa position de service jusqu'à la toile, et une surface de guidage se trouvant sur le côté des toiles (3, 18), opposé à la buse à fente, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (6) dans la position réglée est soutenue élasliquement dans le sens contraire à la toile et comporte deux parties (8 et 9) sensiblement superposées et déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre, la partie supérieure (8) étant fixe dans la position de service et la partie inférieure (9), dirigée vers la toile, étant configurée et disposée le long de la partie supérieure, en tant que diaphragme déplaçable vers celle-ci, la recouvrant partiellement, et étant déplaçable de manière réglable tant en direction de la toile que dans la direction s'éloignant de celle-ci.
  2. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage est élastique.
  3. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe un réglage pour la position des toiles entre la buse à fente élastique et la surface de guidage élastique.
  4. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un servomoteur (10) pour le coulissement et l'appui élastique de la partie inférieure (9).
  5. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur (25), dirigé vers la toile, de la partie inférieure (9) est pourvu d'une couche de matière (24) résistant à l'usure.
  6. Former à deux toiles (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes avec une surface d'appui prédéterminée par la disposition et la forme d'éléments d'appui (11, 12, 13 et 14, 15, 16, 17), le long de laquelle les toiles, la tuile supérieure (3) et la toile inférieure (18) sont guidées avec la couche de suspension à former et à déshydrater, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre de buses à fente (1) est disposé dans le sens de circulation au début du parcours de formage, en contact avec la toile supérieure (3) ; une buse à fente (1) étant placée sur le tronçon de toile entre deux éléments d'appui (11 et 12 ou 12 et 13) voisins, formant au moins une partie de la surface de guidage, ou dans le sens de circulation derrière l'élément d'appui (11, ou 12, 13) ; le tronçon équipé des buses à fente étant suivi d'un tronçon équipé d'un patin de pression (19), d'autres éléments d'appui (14, 15, 16 et 17) étant disposés sur la toile inférieure (18) et dans la région du patin de pression (19).
  7. Former à deux toiles (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, avec une surface d'appui prédéterminée par la disposition et la forme d'éléments d'appui (11, 12, 13 et 14, 15, 16, 17), le long de laquelle les toiles, la toile supérieure (3) et la toile inférieure (18), sont guidées avec la couche de suspension à former et à déshydrater, caractérisé en ce que dans le sens de circulation, au début du parcours de formage, il est prêvu un tronçon équipé d'un patin de pression (19) ; les éléments d'appui (14, 15, 16 et 17) étant prévus sur la toile inférieure (18) dans la région du patin de pression (19) ; à ce tronçon faisant suite un nombre de buses à fente (1), qui chaque fois sont en contact avec la toile supérieure (3) une buse à fente (1) étant placée sur le tronçon de toile entre deux autres éléments d'appui (11 et 12, ou 12 et 13) voisins, formant au moins une partie de la surface de guidage, ou dans le sens de circulation, derrière l'élément d'appui (11, ou 12, ou 13).
  8. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont du tronçon équipé de buses à fente (1) sont montés des rouleaux de tête (20 et 21), dont le rouleau supérieur (20) est un rouleau massif et le rouleau inférieur (21) est un rouleau ouvert, évacuant l'eau de filtrage.
  9. Former à deux toiles (2) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le servomoteur (10) comporte deux chambres de pression (22, 23), qui sont revêtues de manière étanche avec des tuyaux en matière élastique, lesquels tuyaux peuvent être alimentés avec un fluide sous pression.
  10. Former à deux toiles dans une machine à papier ou à carton comportant plusieurs buses à fente selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs buses à fente réunies en une unité de construction sont déplaçables par rapport auquel la toile en contact avec celles-ci.
