Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verschlußgetriebe für einen Flügel eines zweiflügeligen Fensters, einer Tür od.dgl., mit einem etwa mittig zur Gesamtbreite der beiden aneinander anliegenden Vertikalholme der Flügel angeordneten und auf den mit einem Überschlag ausgestatteten Vertikalholm aufgesetzten Betätigungsgriff, der mit einem Zwischengetriebe zusammenwirkt, das in einer Ausnehmung des Überschlags flächenbündig mit dessen rückseitiger Anschlagfläche eingelassen ist und die Ausnehmung eine in der zum Überschlag senkrechten Falzfläche eingebrachte abgesetzte Beschlagsnut schneidet und das Gehäuse des Zwischengetriebes einen flachrechteckigen Querschnitt mit parallel zur Flügelebene angeordneter Breitseite aufweist und die Ritzelachse senkrecht zur Ebene der Breitseite verläuft und eine vom Ritzel antreibbare Zahnstange, welche im Gehäuse geführt gelagert ist, wobei die Zahnstange mit mindestens einem abstehenden Mitnehmer versehen ist, der mit einer in der Besschlagsnut längsverschiebbar gelagerten, von der Stulpschiene abgedeckten flachrechteckigen Treibstange formschlüssig gekuppelt ist, deren Breitseite senkrecht zur Flügelebene ausgerichtet ist. Solchen Verschlußgetrieben kommt in erster Linie bei Holzrahmen Bedeutung zu, jedoch können sie auch in andere Rahmen eingebaut werden, die mit einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung und Beschlagsnut ausgestattet sind. Bei Beschlägen für Fenster und Türen ist neben dem technischen auch der ästhetische Aspekt wichtig. Deshalb sieht das vorbekannte Verschlußgetriebe vor, daß der Betätigungsgriff etwa mittig zur Gesamtbreite der beiden aneinander anliegenden Vertikalholme des Flügels angeordnet ist. Dies führt allerdings dazu, daß man das Getriebe weitgehend dem Flügelüberschlag zuordnen muß. Außerdem muß bei diesem Verschlußgetriebe beachtet werden, daß, ausgehend von der Verriegelungsstellung der Flügel, bei Rechtsanschlag der drehbare Betätigungsgriff im Uhrzeigersinne zu betätigen sein und dabei die Treibstange eine Aufwärtsbewegung durchführen soll. Dies hat allerdings den Nachteil, daß dieses Kantengetriebe nicht gleichermaßen für rechts- und linksangeschlagene Flügel verwendet werden kann. Das Umkehrritzel führt nämlich dazu, daß die Drehachse des antreibbaren Ritzels aus Platzgründen außermittig zu liegen kommt. Durch die Verlegung der Zahnstange auf die andere Ritzelseite kann man auf ein Zwischenritzel verzichten und die Zahnstange unmittelbar durch das mit Hilfe des Betätigungsgriffs drehbare Ritzel antreiben. Dies ermöglicht dann desweiteren eine mittige Anordnung der Drehachse des Betätigungsgriffs in Längsrichtung des Getriebegehäuses gesehen. Dies ist Voraussetzung für die im Anspruch 1 beschriebene symmetrische Ausbildung des gesamten Verschlußgetriebes. Damit ist dieses Verschlußgetriebe forderungsgemäß für Rechts- und Linkseinbau geeignet und es können dann bei beiden Anschlagarten die Ausnehmung und die Bohrung für die Griffachse jeweils gleich d.h. auch mit den gleichen Schablonen und Werkzeugen angebracht werden. Gear according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pinion (11) engages with each centring collar (41) in a bearing bore (39, 40) of the associated gear housing part (12, 13), and is provided with a square socket (10) for a square pin (9) of the actuating handle (7).
  9.
