Abstract

Un dispositif d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne présente un distributeur de carburant (10) comportant une pluralité d'ajutages (11) munis d'éléments de verrouillage (13, 30) en saillie radialement, et une pluralité de soupapes d'injection de carburant (12) réalisées sous la forme de soupapes dites 'top-feed' ou d'alimentation de tête qui sont insérées hermétiquement dans les ajutages (11). Pour la fixation des soupapes d'injection (12) en direction axiale et pour empêcher toute rotation de celles-ci dans le sens périphérique, il est prévu pour chacune d'elles un élément de raccordement (16) venant se loger dans une rainure périphérique (14) de la cage (15) de la soupape et recouvrant les éléments de verrouillage (13, 30). De plus, l'élément de raccordement (16) présente un élément de fixation (29) venant en prise, tout en assurant une liaison solidarisée, au moins en direction périphérique, avec un élément profilé (32) disposé en un emplacement déterminé sur la cage (15) de la soupape.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, comportant :
    - un distributeur de carburant (10) équipé d'un certain nombre de tubulures de raccordement (11) portant des éléments de verrouillage (13, 30) dépassant radialement,
    - un certain nombre d'injecteurs de carburant (12) montés chacun de manière étanche, par une extrémité frontale portant un orifice de raccordement, dans une tubulure (11),
    - un organe de liaison (16) qui, pour maintenir l'injecteur (12) sur la tubulure (11), est en prise d'une part dans une rainure périphérique (14) du boîtier d'injecteur (15) et d'autre part avec l'élément de verrouillage (13, 30) à travers deux ouvertures (25, 26),
    dispositif caractérisé en ce que :
    - pour garantir la position imposée à l'injecteur (12) lors de son montage sur la tubulure (11), on place sur le boîtier (15) un élément de forme (32), dans une position définie, l'élément de liaison (16) portant un élément de fixation (29) venant en prise avec l'élément de forme (32),
    - chaque tubulure de raccordement (11) porte, séparés l'un de l'autre mais sensiblement symétriques par rapport à un plan de symétrie (47) passant par la ligne médiane (41) de la tubulure de raccordement (11), deux éléments de verrouillage (13, 30) occupant chacun une partie seulement de la périphérie de la tubulure (11), en étant entouré par une des ouvertures (25, 26) et présentant une forme empêchant sa rotation dans l'ouverture (25, 26).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de verrouillage (13, 30) a une section rectangulaire dont les côtés longs (50) sont orientés selon la direction périphérique de la tubulure (11) et les côtés étroits (51) perpendiculairement à celle-ci, chacun des éléments (13, 30), par au moins l'un de ses côtés étroits (51), dépassant de l'ouverture (25, 26) en s'écartant de la tubulure de raccordement (11).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les côtés étroits (51) des éléments (13, 30), dépassant de l'ouverture (25, 26), sont symétriques par rapport au plan de symétrie (47).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de verrouillage (13, 30) a une face frontale (52) qui, partant du côté (51) dépassant de l'ouverture (25, 26), est d'abord parallèle, puis oblique par rapport au plan de symétrie (47), jusqu'à l'autre côté étroit (51).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (25, 26) a une forme rectangulaire.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de forme porté par le boîtier d'injecteur (15) est constitué par une dent, une barrette ou une nervure (32) disposée sensiblement selon la direction axiale et radialement en relief par rapport au boîtier, tandis que l'élément de fixation porté par l'organe de liaison (16) est constitué par une fente (29) ouverte vers l'intérieur partant d'une face frontale de l'organe de liaison (16).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de liaison (16) est une pince élastique (17) en forme de U, comportant deux branches (18, 19) reliées par une traverse (20) sensiblement parallèle à la ligne médiane (41) du boîtier (15) et de l'injecteur (12), une languette (21, 22) partant de chaque branche (18, 19), perpendiculairement vers l'intérieur, et venant en prise dans la rainure périphérique (14) du boîtier (15) par son bord (23, 24) de forme adaptée à celle de cette rainure, tandis que les branches élastiques (18, 19) présentent chacune une ouverture (25, 26) d'où dépasse un élément de verrouillage (13, 30) porté par la tubulure de raccordement (11), l'élément de fixation (29) situé sensiblement au milieu de la traverse (20) étant orienté transversalement à celle-ci.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les branches élastiques (18, 19) ont leurs bords longitudinaux, situés du côté de la tubulure (11), qui sont inclinés vers l'extérieur.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce élastique (17) est réalisée en tôle découpée ou en matière plastique moulée par injection.
