Claims (4)

  1. Mandrin de serrage pour inserts d'outils (11; 28) qui présente un logement non rond (8) pour l'axe (10 ; 30) des inserts d'outils (11 ; 28), avec une douille d'accouplement (12) montée de façon à pouvoir tourner sur le corps de base (4) et maintenue axialement par une petite lamelle de verrouillage (14) reliée de façon solidaire, à l'extrémité du corps de base (4) qui présente le logement (8), avec la douille d'accouplement (12), mandrin de serrage dans lequel la petite lamelle de verrouillage (14) présente au milieu une interruption (15) dont le diamètre correspond au diamètre d'une cannelure d'arrêt (26) de l'axe (10 ; 30), ce diamètre étant plus petit que le diamètre du pourtour du logement non rond (8), l'interruption (15) étant élargie par des évidements (17) qui correspondent au profil de section transversale du logement (8) et la douille d'accouplement (12) pouvant tourner par rapport au corps de base (4) entre une position de libération dans laquelle l'interruption (15) de la petite lame de verrouillage (14) vient en recouvrement avec le profil en section transversale du logement (8), et une position de verrouillage dans laquelle la petite lame de verrouillage (14) vient en prise dans la cannelure d'arrêt (26) de l'axe (10 ; 30), mandrin de serrage caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un ressort (16) qui exerce, dans la zone de l'angle de torsion de la douille d'accouplement (12), sur cette douille d'accouplement (12), une force de torsion dans le sens de la position de verrouillage.
  2. Insert d'outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de rotation de la douille d'accouplement (12) par rapport au corps de base (4) est limité, par une tige (22) et une fente (24), à une rotation entre la position de libération et la position de verrouillage.
  3. Mandrin de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la fente (24) est inclinée vers un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du mandrin de serrage, de telle sorte que la douille d'accouplement (12) soit poussée vers l'avant, lors de la rotation pour venir dans la position de libération, à peu près axialement sur le corps de base (4).
  4. Mandrin de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que dans le logement (8) du corps de base (4) est inséré un aimant servant de butée (6) à l'axe (10 ; 30).
