Description
Claims (16)
- Behälter für Flüssigkeiten mit einer den hydraulischen Druck aufnehmenden äußeren Behälterwandung (2), welche mit Ziegeln, Beton od. dgl. aufgebaut ist, mit einer flüssigkeitsdichten metallischen Verkleidung aus mehreren flüssigkeitsdicht verbundenen Blechen (4, 11), die über Befestigungselemente (1, 9) mit der Behälterwandung (2) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Behälterinneren weisenden Enden der in der Behälterwandung in Bohrungen angeordneten Befestigungselemente (1, 9) jeweils mit einem Blechplättchen (3, 7), z. B. Blechronde, mit einer größeren Fläche als der Endbereich des Befestigungselementes verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt, sind, das seinerseits mit zumindest einem Blech (4, 11, 13), vorzugsweise unmittelbar, verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt, ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blechplättchen (3, 7) eine Bohrung (8) aufweist, die mit dem zum Behälterinneren weisenden Ende des Befestigungselementes zur Verbindung beider miteinander kooperiert.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (1) ein Innengewinde aufweist, in das über eine Bohrung (8) des Blechplättchens eine Schraube (6) eingreift, deren Kopf das Blechplättchen (3) gegen das Befestigungselement (1) hält.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich der Bohrung (8) im Blechplättchen (3, 7) gegenüber den restlichen Blechplättchen abgesenkt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blechplättchen auf der nach innen weisenden Fläche der Behälterwandung und/oder der abgesenkte Bereich in der Behälterwandung angeordnet ist (Fig. 2).
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleche an ihren Rändern mit den Blechplättchen verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt, sind (Fig. 2, Fig. 3).
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleche (4) einander überlappen, wobei unter dem Bereich der Überlappung die Blechplättchen (3) teilweise angeordnet sind und zumindest über den Rand des mit diesem verbundenen Bleches reichen.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang eines Randes der Bleche mehrere Blechplättchen vorgesehen sind (Fig. 1).
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang des oberen Bereiches der Verkleidung die Bleche (4) zum Behälterinneren abgewinkelt sind und in diesem Bereich mit den Blechplättchen (3) verbunden sind (Fig. 1).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgewinkelten Bereiche gegenüber der Behälterwandung (2) und gegebenenfalls den Blechplättchen (3, 7) mit einer Dichtmasse (12), insbesondere Silikonkautschuk, abgedichtet sind.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement ein Befestigungsanker, insbesondere ein Schlaganker (9), ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement ein metallischer Spreizdübel (1) ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Spreizelement des Befestigungselementes, z. B. Schraube (6), zur Befestigung des Blechplättchens (3, 7) dient.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Behälters, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei an einer äußeren Behälterwandung Befestigungselemente angeordnet und diese mit einer Verkleidung mit Blechen verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Behälterwandung Bohrungen quer zu dieser vorgesehen werden und in diese die Befestigungselemente, welche mit einem Blechplättchen verbunden sind oder werden, eingeführt werden, worauf die Blechplättchen mit zumindest einem Blech der Verkleidung verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt, werden und die Bleche miteinander fluiddicht verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleche, welche entlang des oberen Bereiches der Verkleidung mit den Blechplättchen verbunden werden, zuvor in ihrem oberen Bereich abgewinkelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen der Behälterwandung und den Blechen, gegebenenfalls den Blechplättchen, zusätzlich mit einer Dichtungsmasse, insbesondere Silikonkautschuk, abgedichtet wird.
