Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour remplacer une busette de coulée (1) sur une cuve métallurgique (2), notamment un avant-creuset, dans lequel la busette de coulée (1) réfractaire peut être abaissée en même temps qu'une plaque de tête (3) sur des rails de glissement (5) disposés sur le fond (4) de la cuve (2), soumis au moins localement à l'action de ressorts, et déplacée à l'aide d'un système d'entraînement (6) dans une position de coulée dans laquelle la busette de coulée (1) et sa plaque de tête (3) sont appliquées de manière étanche dans la région du trou de coulée (7) de la cuve (2) et dans laquelle le cas échéant, la busette usagée (1'') et sa plaque de tête (3'') peut être déplacée avec la nouvelle busette de coulée (1) et sa plaque de tête (3) vers une position de démontage,
    caractérisé par le fait que le débit maximal de métal à travers le trois de coulée (7) de la cuve (2) peut être réglé, de préférence jusqu'à la valeur zéro, par déplacement de la busette de coulée (1) avec sa plaque de tête (3) et par le fait que, dans la position de coulée, le système d'entraînement (6) pour le déplacement de la busette de coulée (1) avec sa plaque de tête (3) sert au réglage du débit de métal.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la fait que le système d'entraînement (6) peut être couplé de manière séparable à la busette de coulée (1) ou à la plaque de tête (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu dans la région du trou de coulée (7) de la cuve (2) une plaque de fond (8) réfractaire également remplaçable contre laquelle la busette de coulée (1) et la plaque de tête (3) sont appliquées avec étanchéité dans la position de coulée.
  4. Dispositif selon le préambule de la revendication 1, comportant une plaque de base (10) qui peut être déposée sur des rails de glissement (5) disposés sur le fond (4) de la cuve (2), éventuellement décalés en hauteur l'un par rapport à l'autre, soumis au moins localement à l'action de ressorts et qui, à l'aide d'au moins un système d'entraînement (6, 9), peut être amenée dans la position de coulée dans laquelle la busette de coulée (1) et la plaque de tête (3) sont appliquées de manière étanche contre la plaque de base (10) et la plaque de base (10), de son côté, est appliquée avec étanchéité dans la région du trou de coulée (7) de la cuve (2), caractérisé par le fait qu'outre la busette de coulée (1'') usagée avec sa plaque de tête (3'') pouvant éventuellement être déplacée par la nouvelle busette de coulée (1) sa plaque de tête (3) à l'aide du système d'entraînement (6), la plaque de base (10) usagée peut être amenée dans une position de démontage éventuellement par la nouvelle plaque de base (10) à l'aide du système d'entraînement (9) au nombre d'au moins un, par le fait que le débit maximal de métal à travers le trou de coulée (7) de la cuve (2) peut être réglé, de préférence jusqu'à la valeur zéro, par déplacement de la busette de coulée (1) avec sa plaque de tête (3) et de la plaque de base (10) et par le fait que le système d'entraînement (6, 9) pour le déplacement de la busette de coulée (1) avec sa plaque de tête (3) et le déplacement de la plaque de base (10) sert au réglage du débit de métal.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les directions de déplacement de la busette de coulée (1) et de la plaque de base (10) sont identiques ou décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre, de préférence de 90°.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de base (10) et la busette de coulée (1) avec la plaque de tête (3) peuvent coulisser l'une par rapport, éventuellement simultanément.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la busette de coulée (1) et la plaque de tête (3) sont formés d'une pièce.
