Definitions

  • the invention relates to a chassis for a treatment table with a base plate mounted on castors, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the preamble of claim 1 is based on GB-A-117 178.
  • a chassis is known for example from German Offenlegungsschrift 26 39 205.
  • the conventional chassis it is difficult to move the treatment table exactly on the one hand and on the other hand to move the treatment table in a tight curve without any problems.
  • obstacles for example thresholds.
  • this is only possible with effort or jerky movements and frequent back and forth maneuvering.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a chassis of the type mentioned, by which a perfect and accurate movement of the treatment table is achieved even in tight spaces without great effort.
  • the invention is characterized in that three pairs of castors are provided on the base plate, the axes of which are rigidly aligned on the base plate perpendicular to the direction of travel.
  • An uncontrolled change in the direction of travel by, for example, a travel axis pivotable about a vertical pivot axis is not present in the invention.
  • a "clacking" of the casters is avoided in the invention. In this way, a precise travel, in particular straight-ahead travel, is achieved if the base plate is supported on the ground at one end by the first pair of castors and at its other end by the second pair of castors.
  • the base plate When the axle of the second pair of castors is raised, the base plate lies on the ground at this end. Brake pads in the form of rubber buffers or the like are preferably provided on the underside of the base plate, so that a non-slip positioning of the base plate and the treatment table is achieved during the treatment or immobilization of a patient.
  • the third pair of castors is assigned a support device which has a height adjustment device which can be adjusted to different heights. It can thus be achieved that below the center of gravity of the treatment table or within a close range below this center of gravity the base plate and thus the treatment table can be supported beyond the support height guaranteed by the first and second pairs of castors.
  • the third pair of casters ensures that steps and steps that lie in the travel path, for example when moving from an elevator to the hallway, raise the first or second pair of rollers above this step or this paragraph by tilting around the axis of the third pair of casters and then put back on the floor.
  • the base plate or the treatment table can be supported on at least two pairs of rollers and, if necessary, since the height adjustment device can be changed for the third pair of rollers, on the three pairs of rollers. In this way, step-like obstacles and thresholds can be “swam over”. Obstacles in the route, e.g. Wells, holes and the like in the area of a pair of rollers can be overcome by supporting the other two pairs of rollers.
  • the pairs of castors are preferably designed as precision rollers which only run straight.
  • No swivel castors are used for the pairs of castors, as is common in known chassis.
  • the running surfaces of the castors can therefore be made quite wide, so that digging into the ground is avoided and a high level of force is not required when pushing. Preference is given to smooth-running castors.
  • thresholds or steps in particular can be overcome smoothly (floating).
  • a swiveling of the treatment table on the spot ie around a vertical axis, by any swivel angle possible.
  • the chassis according to the invention it is possible to design the treatment table as an operating table.
  • the patient can be prepared for the operation on the treatment table designed in this way outside the operating room and can also be put under anesthesia.
  • the patient is then moved to the operating room on the treatment table and pushed into the recovery room after the operation is completed.
  • This comfortable and versatile application is made possible by the chassis according to the invention. Due to its high maneuverability and accuracy in combination with vibration-free climbing steps and thresholds, comfortable transportation is guaranteed.
  • a base plate 3 is provided.
  • a first pair of rollers 4, 4 is provided at the front end of the base plate 3.
  • This first pair of rollers has a travel axis 17 rigidly arranged on the base plate.
  • This travel axis 17 is rigidly aligned with respect to the longitudinal extent of the base plate 3 or the direction of the talk (double arrow F in FIG. 1).
  • the two rollers of the pair of rollers are located on both sides of the base plate 3.
  • the base plate 3 At the other end of the base plate 3, ie in the exemplary embodiment at the rear end, there is a second pair of castors 5, 5 on both sides of the base plate 3 (see also FIG. 4).
  • This second pair of castors 5, 5 has a driving axle 18 which can be fixed in two height positions with the aid of an eccentric 15. 6, the second pair of castors 5, 5 is raised.
  • the base plate 3 then lies with the rear end on the floor.
  • two braking pads 22 and 23 (Fig. 4) are provided.
  • the treatment couch 7, which consists of several couch segments, is supported on the base plate 3 via a support column 8.
  • the length of the support column 8 can be adjusted by means of a hydraulic column length adjustment device 14.
  • the treatment couch 7 can be designed and height-adjustable, as shown in German Patent 30 16 387.
  • the treatment couch 7 can still be pivoted about a horizontal axis or about its longitudinal axis, as described, for example, in European patent application 89 112 281.4.
  • the driving axis 18 is pivoted at an angle a beyond the vertical V going through the eccentric axis 20. This ensures that the driving axis 18 is brought into a stable driving position beyond a dead center position, which is located in the vertical V.
  • This stable driving position of the compartment axle 18 of the second pair of rollers 5.5 is further supported by the fact that the actuating lever 16 rests on the top of the base plate 3 and is supported there.
  • the driving axis 18 is in the raised position offset by the angle a with respect to the vertical V passing through the eccentric axis 20
  • Eccentric axis 20 is pivoted in the adjustment in the two positions is 180 °.
  • the base plate 3 is thus only on the two pairs of castors 4, 4 and 5, 5 Ground supported.
  • the third pair of castors 6, 6 is articulated via a support device 9 on the base plate 3 so as to be pivotable about an axis of rotation 13.
  • the support device 9 includes a height adjustment device, which essentially consists of a two-sided lever with the two lever arms 10 and 11.
  • the two-sided lever is mounted on the base plate 3 about the axis of rotation 13.
  • At the front free end of the one lever arm 10 there is the third pair of castors 19 on both sides of the base plate 3.
  • the two-sided lever is also provided on both sides on the base plate 3 with the two rollers of the pair of rollers 6, 6 on the base plate 3.
  • the other lever arm 11 of the two-sided lever is connected to an engagement part 12.
  • This engagement part 12 can be operated by hand or can be brought into engagement with a vertical guide 24 of the length-adjustable support column 8, as is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. If the height of the treatment table 2 or the length of the support column 8 is increased, the engagement part 12 is pulled upwards.
  • the two-sided lever (lever arms 10 and 11) is pivoted about the axis of rotation 13.
  • the pair of castors 6, 6 is then brought into the lower position (FIG. 3).
  • the base plate 3 can be raised in the region of the third pair of castors 6, 6 above the height shown in FIG.
  • the base plate 3 and thus the treatment table 2 can then only be supported on the floor via the third pair of castors 6, 6.
  • the treatment table 2 can then be pivoted by any angle on the two rollers of the third pair of castors 6, 6 and brought into any new straight direction of extension.
  • step 25 in FIG. 3 it is not difficult to overcome this obstacle with the chassis according to the invention.
  • the third pair of castors 6, 6 one of the two pairs of castors 4, 4 or 5, 5 can then be brought to such an altitude that it is raised above step 25.
  • the second pair of castors 5.5 is raised above level 25.
  • the pair of rollers 5.5 can then be placed on the surface of the stage 25. This is done in that the pair of castors 6, 6 is pivoted about the axis of rotation 13 by actuating the column length adjustment device 14, so that the base plate 3 is lowered.
  • the treatment table 2 can then in turn be easily transported in a straight line.
  • the pair of castors 6, 6 can have a larger diameter than the other two pairs of casters 4, 4 and 5.5, it is not difficult to push the third pair of casters 6, 6 onto step 25. In this way, a quasi “floating" overcoming step-shaped obstacles can be achieved.
  • the column length adjustment device 14 can be hydraulically adjusted, as is known, for example, from German patent 30 16 387. In this way, the third pair of castors 6, 6 can be continuously adjusted. A stepless height adjustment of the base plate 3 is thus achieved in the area of the pivot axis 13, which is located within an area below the center of gravity of the treatment table 2. The two-sided lever arm becomes dependent on the engagement part 12 from the column length adjustment with raised or lowered. This movement is transferred to the third pair of castors 6, 6.
