117,178. Arnold, J. E. Sept. 8, 1917. Wheels and axles, arrangement of. - Hospital and other trollies provided with end wheels 4 and main central wheels 8<1> upon which the trolly can be traversed without contacting the end wheels with the floor have the main wheels mounted upon a hand-lever 7 so that they can be raised to bring the end wheels on to the floor. As shown, the axle 8 of the wheels 8<1> is mounted in the forked end of the lever 7 which is pivoted to the trolly frame at 5 and can be held in adjusted position by projections 11, 12. The axle 8 passes through segmental guides 13.
