Abstract

Un dispositif d'inspection du côté inférieur de ponts comprend un chariot de transport (1) relié à un support intermédiaire (11), un organe de guidage (9) monté sur le support intermédiaire de manière rotative autour d'un axe horizontal de rotation (12) et une tour de levage (4) à quatre longerons angulaires reçue sur l'organe de guidage et mobile perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation de celui-ci. Ces deux longerons angulaires sont capables de supporter une charge plus élevée que les deux autres. Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'inspection du dessous d'un pont, comportant un châssis mobile (1;30), un support intermédiaire (11;31) agencé sur le châssis, un organe de guidage (9;35) monté rotatif sur le support intermédiaire autour d'un axe horizontal (12;36), un pylône (4;37) reçu par l'organe de guidage et déplaçable perpendiculairement à son axe de rotation, et présentant quatre longerons d'angle, une partie inférieure de pylône (5;39) montée rotative sur le pylône autour de son axe médian longitudinal, et une passerelle de travail (7;41) reliée à celle-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage (9;35) présente une forme plate et n'est en engagement coulissant qu'avec les deux longerons d'angle qui lui sont voisins du pylône (4;37), et en ce que ces longerons d'angle sont conçus pour présenter une capacité de charge plus grande que les deux longerons restants.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage (9;35) est monté sur le support intermédiaire (11;31) au moyen d'une couronne rotative (10;34).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage (9), relativement à son axe de rotation (12), présente un tronçon plus court orienté vers l'extrémité libre du pylône et un tronçon plus long orienté vers la passerelle de travail (7).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le pylône (4;37) peut être déplacé au moyen d'un engrenage à crémaillère agencé sur l'organe de guidage (9;35), engrenage qui coopère avec au moins une crémaillère agencée sur le pylône.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (11) est monté sur le châssis (1) au moyen d'un parallélogramme à leviers pouvant pivoter autour d'axes perpendiculaires, comportant au moins deux leviers (13,14).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les leviers parallèles sont télescopiques.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que trois leviers parallèles (13,14,18), individuellement télescopiques et pouvant être séparés du support intermédiaire (11), sont prévus.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la passerelle de travail (7) peut être repliée sur le pylône (4), hors d'une position de travail parallèle au pont, et peut être transportée en se trouvant sur celui-ci avec son plancher vers le haut.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (11) peut être disposé sur le côté étroit (22) d'un portique mobile.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (11) est relié au portique au moyen d'un bras (26) de longueur modifiable.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que trois bras agencés à des écartements horizontaux, dont la longueur est individuellement modifiable et qui peuvent être séparés du support intermédiaire, sont prévus.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que les bras (26) de longueur modifiable sont agencés sur un chariot déplaçable en hauteur sur le portique.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
