Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Kettendrucken eines Motivs auf einen Stoff, bei dem eine Lage von Kettfäden, die auf einem Kettbaum aufgerollt ist, der einer Maschine zur Stoffherstellung durch Eintragen eines Schuß- oder Bindefadens in die Kettfadenlage zugeordnet ist, kontinuierlich von dem Kettbaum bis zum Eintrag- oder Bindeorgan vorläuft, wobei die Maschine eine Antriebsvorrichtung für den kontinuierlichen Vorlauf der Kettfadenlage und für das Eintrag- oder Bindeorgan aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es folgende Schritte umfaßt:- Verbringen eines Transferpapiers, welches ein Motiv aus Farbstoffen trägt, die geeignet sind, auf die Fäden unter Einwirkung von Hitze übertragen zu werden, im die Nähe der Kettfadenlage hinter dem Ablauf des Kettbaums und jedoch vor dem Eintrag- oder Bindeorgan;- weiterhin, Vorlaufenlassen dieses Transferpapiers in einem Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis zu der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit der Kettfadenlage;- weiterhin, immer noch kontinuierlich, permanentes Andrücken dieses vorlaufenden Transferpapiers gegen die Kettfadenlage, die in dem angegebenen Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis mit dem Papier vorläuft, indem dafür gesorgt wird, daß die Transferpapierfolie, die das Motiv trägt, gegen die Kettfadenlage geleitet wird und gleichzeitig das Motiv unter dem kontinuierlichen Einfluß des Druckes und trockener Hitze auf die Fäden übertragen wird;- und schließlich, getrenntes Aufnehmen des nach dem Eintragen erhaltenen, bedruckten Stoffes und des Transferpapiers, dessen Motiv zumindest teilweise auf die Kettfadenlage übertragen wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit des Transferpapiers (16,39), welches das Motiv trägt, exakt mit der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit der Kette (1,30) synchronisiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit der Kette (1,30) und der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit des Transferpapiers (16,39) zwischen 0,1 und 2 liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit des Transferpapiers (16,45) und der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit der Kette (1,30), von der Kettenschrumpfung abgesehen, gleich eins ist,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen der Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit des Transferpapiers (16,45) und der Kette (12,30) im Bereich von 0,2 liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoff ein Gewebe mit Kette und Schuß ist und daß im Betrieb die Heizplatte (17,50) in Vorlaufrichtung direkt vor der normalen Stelle der Öffnung (11) der Kette permanent gegen die Kettfadenlage (12,30) gedrückt ist und daß bei einem Anhalten der Maschine die Platte (17,50) automatisch abgehoben wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens auf einer Webmaschine mit Kette und Schuß, mit:· einem Kettbaum (2,31), der eine Kettfadenlage (1,30) aufweist,· einer Umlenkrolle (4,32), über die sich die vorlaufende Kettfadenlage erstreckt,· einem Organ zum Eintragen eines Schuß- oder Bindefaders in die Kettfadenlage,· einem Hauptantrieb für den Vorlauf der Lage, für das Eintragorgan und für das Aufwickeln des gebildeten Stoffes,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in der Nähe der Umlenkrolle (4,32) folgendes umfaßt:- ein erstes Mittel (15; 36,37) zur Abgabe einer Transferpapierfolie (16,39), welche ein Motiv aus Farbstoffen trägt;- ein zweites Mittel (20; 47,48) zur Aufnahme dieser Folie (19,45);- eine temperaturregulierte Heizplatte (17,50), die zwischen diesen beiden Mitteln angeordnet ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, die Transferpapierfolie permanent gegen die vorlaufende Kettfadenlage über deren gesamte Breite zu drücken;- eine Anordnung zur Bewirkung der Synchronisation des ersten und zweiten Mittels mit dem Hauptantrieb der Maschine.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß des erste Abgabe- und das zweite Aufwickelmittel (36,37 bzw. 47,48) je von einem Paar paralleler Antriebsrollen gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die temperaturregulierte Heizplatte (50) zwischen zwei Umlenkrollen (40,41) angeordnet ist, welche eine Ebene festiegen, die mit der Ebene der vorlaufenden Lage von Kettfäden (34) zusammenläuft, und in der Nähe des Punktes (33) der Fachöffnung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung noch Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizplatte (50) Stellantriebe aufweist, die dazu dienen, während des Betriebs der Maschine die Heizplatte (50) permanent gegen die vorlaufende Kettfadenlage zu drücken, und daß sie Federn (51) aufweist, die dazu dienen, diese Platte (50) sofort von der Lage (34) zu entfernen, wenn die Maschine anhält.
