Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Kontakterwärmen einer vorbeilaufenden Bahn (12-14) über ihre ganze Breite mittels einer Wärmequelle (2) allgemein konvexer Form, die zwei Längssektoren umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmequelle (2):
    - aus zwei halbzylindrischen Längssektoren (2, 3) besteht, die an ihrer Basis zusammengefügt sind, und zwar einem warmen Sektor (3) und einem kalten Sektor (4);
    - um ihre Längsachse (5) schwenkbar befestigt ist
    - und Mittel (7, 9) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, sie um diese Längsachse (5) zu drehen,
    . wenn der Lauf der Textilbahn (12-14) anhält, um den mit der angehaltenen Bahn in Kontakt stehenden warmen Sektor (3) sofort durch den kalten Sektor (4) zu ersetzen;
    . und, wenn der Lauf der Bahn fortgesetzt wird, um den mit der vorbeilaufenden Bahn (13) in Kontakt stehenden kalten Sektor (4) sofort wieder durch den warmen Sektor (3) zu ersetzen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Wärmequelle (2) auf einer Welle (5) befestigt ist, die an einem ihrer Enden ein Zahnrad (6) aufweist, das über eine Kette (7) mit einem Zylinder (9) zusammenwirkt, der durch das Stellglied für den Start (oder das Anhalten) des Laufs der Bahn (12) betätigt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Wärmequelle (2) um 180° geschwenkt wird, wenn die Bahn (12) anhält oder wieder startet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Wärmequelle (2) aus zwei zusammengefügten halbzylindrischen Schalen (20, 21) besteht, die entlang ihren Kontakt-Erzeugenden Isolationsmittel (22, 23) zum Aufnehmen der durch das Erwärmen der warmen Schale (20) hervorgerufenen Dehnung aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Kettendruck eines Motivs (34) auf eine vorbeilaufende Bahn aus parallelen Textilfasern (30) mittels eines Transferpapiers (33), das ein Farbmotiv (34) trägt, und unter der kombinierten Wirkung der Wärme und des Drucks, mit
    - einer Wärmequelle (2), die eine Längsachse (5) aufweist;
    - zwei Spannvorrichtungen (10, 11), und zwar einer Eintritts- und einer Austrittsspannvorrichtung, deren Achse parallel zur Längsachse (5) der Wärmequelle (2) ist und die dieser gegenüber derart angeordnet sind, daß die Bahn (13) die Wärmequelle (2) auf einem Kreisbogen umgibt;
    - ein Mitführglied (36, 37, 39) für das Transferpapier (33) zum Führen dieses Papiers unter die Eintrittsspannvorrichtung (10) zwischen der Wärmequelle (2) und der vorbeilaufenden Bahn (12);
    - ein Aufnahmeglied (43, 44, 45, 39) für das verbrauchte Transferpapier (40);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine zylindrische Wärmequelle (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 enthält.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mitführglied (36, 37) für das Transferpapier (33) gebremst wird und daß das Aufnahmeglied (43, 44) für das verbrauchte Transferpapier (40) gesteuert (39) wird.
  7. Kettenwirkmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Transferbedruckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6 enthält.
