- Insbesondere als Textildrucktuch verwendetes Element in der Gestalt einer endlosen Bahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die endlose Bahn (1) gestaltet ist, um zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Zylinder (2;3) einer Textildruckmaschine zu umgeben und eine Zylinderinnenschicht (4;9) und wenigstens eine Elastomeraussenschicht (8;13) aufweist, wobei die Zylinderinnenschicht (4;9) eine Folie aus Fasern und/oder in Längsrichtung ausgerichteten Fäden (5) mit einer zwischen 106 und 107 Newton je Meter (N/m) liegenden Längssteifigkeit aufweist, wobei die endlose Bahn (1) ebenfalls eine oder mehrere zwischen der Arbeitsschicht (8;13) und der Zylinderschicht (4;9) sandwichartig liegenden und zu der Querzug-und biegesteifigkeit des Elementes beitragenden Zwischenschichten umfaßt und daß die Querzugsteifigkeit der Zwischenschicht(en) zwischen ungefähr 104 und 108 N/m liegt und die Querbiegesteifigkeit dieser Zwischenschicht bzw. dieser Zwischenschichten wenigstens 0,05 Nm/Radian beträgt, um den sich aus der endlosen Bahn (1) ergebenden Versatz bzw. Rahmenversatz auf einen unterhalb 0,1 mm liegenden Wert herabzusetzen.
- Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgenannte Längssteifigkeitswert zwischen 1,5 und 2,5x106 N/m liegt.
- Element gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannte Zylinderschicht (4) durch eine Lage von Fäden und/oder Längsfasern aus Monofilamenten aus einem polyesterbasischen, polyamidbasischen, polyäthylenbasischen, aramidbasischen, glasbasischen, kohlenstoffbasischen, metallbasischen Werkstoff oder dergleichen gebildet wird.
- Element gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannte Zylinderschicht (9) durch eine Lage aus Fäden und/oder aus jeweils aus Multifilamenten bestehenden Längsfasern aus einem polyesterbasischen, polyamidbasischen, polyäthylenbasischen, aramidbasischen, glasbasischen, kohlenstoffbasischen, metallbasischen Werkstoff oder dergleichen gebildet wird.
- Element gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderschicht (9) durch eine Lage von Fäden und/oder von gleichzeitig aus Monofilamenten und Multifilamenten (11) aus demselben Werkstoff oder aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen gebildeten Längsfasern gebildet wird.
- Element nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Multifilamente jedes Fadens und/oder jeder Längsfaser der Zylinderschicht (9) aus demselben Werkstoff oder aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen sind.
- Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannte Arbeitsschicht (8;13) aus einem Elastomer mit einem zwischen ungefähr 1,0 und 500 Megapascal (MPa) und vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 100 MPa liegenden Young'schen Modul besteht.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei Zwischenschichten (6, 7) umfaßt, die sich aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder von Querfasern aus Monofilamenten (7) und aus einer Elastomerschicht (6) zur Verbindung zwischen der Lage von Fäden und/oder von Querfasern (7) und der Zylinderschicht (4) zusammensetzen.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder Querfasern aus Monofilamenten gebildete Zwischenschicht (10) umfaßt.
- Element gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es drei Zwischenschichten (10, 14, 15) umfaßt, die sich aufeinanderfolgend zur Arbeitsschicht (13) hin aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder von Querfasern aus Monofilamenten (10), einer Verbindungselastomerschicht (14) und einem Leinen mit schwachem Elastizitätsmodul in Längsrichtung zusammensetzen, welches Leinen aus Fäden und/oder aus Querfasern aus Monofilamenten (16) besteht, welche Fasern miteinander durch nachgiebige Baumwoll- oder Polyesterfäden (17) oberhalb und unterhalb der besagten Fäden und/oder Fasern (16) verbunden sind.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es drei Zwischenschichten (10, 14, 15) umfaßt, die sich aufeinanderfolgend zur Arbeitsschicht (13) hin aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder von Querfasern (10) zusammensetzen, welche jeweils aus Multifilamenten, aus einer Verbindungselastomerschicht (14) und aus einem Leinen mit schwachem Elastizitätsmodul in Längsrichtung bestehen, welches aus Fäden und/oder aus Querfasern aus Monofilamenten (16), die miteinander durch biegsame Baumwoll-oder Polyesterfäden (17) oberhalb und unterhalb der besagten Fäden und/oder Fasern (16) verbunden sind, besteht.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es drei Zwischenschichten (10, 14, 15) umfaßt, die sich aufeinanderfolgend zur Arbeitsschicht (13) hin aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder von Querfasern aus Monofilamenten (10), einer Verbindungselastomerschicht (14) und einem ausgeglichenen Leinen (19) mit aus Baumwolle, Polyester oder dergleichen hergestellten nachgiebigen Fäden (20) in der Quer-und Längsrichtung zusammensetzen.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die eine der vorgenannten Zwischenschichten sich aus einer Lage von Fäden und/oder von gleichzeitig aus Monofilamenten und Multifilamenten aus demselben Werkstoff oder aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen gebildeten Querfasern zusammensetzt.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannten Multifilamente jedes Fadens und/oder Querfaser einer Zwischenschicht aus demselben Werkstoff oder aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen sind.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden und/oder vorgenannten Querfasern aus einem polyesterbasischen, polyamidbasischen, polyäthylenbasischen, glasbasischen, kohlenstoffbasischen, metallbasischen Werkstoff oder dergleichen hergestellt sind.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden und/oder Längsfasern der vorgenannten Zylinderschicht und die Fäden und/oder Querfasern der vorgenannten Zwischenschichten mit Elastomer getränkt sind.
- Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannte Zylinderschicht eine zwischen ungefähr 0,2 und 1,5 Millimeter und vorzugsweise zwischen 0,3 und 0,9 Millimeter liegende Dicke hat, die Arbeitsschicht eine zwischen ungefähr 0,1 und 1,0 Millimeter, vorzugsweise zwischen ungefähr 0,5 und 0,7 Millimeter liegende Dicke hat und die Gesamtdicke des Elementes zwischen ungefähr 1,5 und 4 Millimeter, vorzugsweise zwischen ungefähr 1,9 und 2,8 Millimeter liegt.
- Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiedenen vorgenannten Schichten miteinander durch Selbsthaftung oder durch Haftmittel miteinander verbunden sind.
- Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussenschicht (8;13) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer oder aus einem vulkanisierten Elastomer besteht.
