Claims (7)
- Soupape de réglage de pression pour la ventilation du carter d'un moteur à combustion interne comportant un branchement (24b) pour fournir les gaz du carter de vilebrequin et un branchement relié par une conduite de liaison (24a) à l'alimentation en air du moteur à combustion interne, le carter (18) de la soupape de réglage de pression ayant une forme essentiellement cylindrique et/ou la soupape de réglage de pression (23) fait partie d'une combinaison comprenant un ajutage de remplissage d'huile pour l'alimentation en huile du moteur, caractérisée par une jauge à huile (22) pour mesurer le niveau d'huile et qui est également intégrée à cette combinaison.
- Soupape de réglage de pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la soupape de réglage de pression (23) est intégrée dans le couvercle (20) de l'ajutage de remplissage d'huile.
- Soupape de réglage de pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un corps creux (18) cylindrique fixé par une bride sur une ouverture (41) prévue sur le bloc moteur du moteur à combustion interne et une dérivation (19) du corps creux constitue l'ajutage de remplissage d'huile, une autre dérivation (23) servant à introduire la jauge à huile (22) et en ce que la soupape de régulation de pression (23) ferme la face supérieure du corps creux (18).
- Soupape de régulation de pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un corps creux (18) cylindrique est fixé par bride sur une ouverture (41) du bloc moteur du moteur à combustion interne et sur une branche de dérivation (19) du corps creux est montée la soupape de régulation de pression (23), une autre dérivation (23) étant prévue pour introduire la jauge à huile (22) et la face supérieure du corps creux (18) est munie d'un moyen de fermeture (20) pour introduire l'huile du moteur.
- Soupape de régulation de pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de liaison (24a) reliée à l'alimentation en air du moteur à combustion interne est raccordée au côté de l'air propre dans un filtre à air (14).
- Soupape de réglage de pression selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de liaison (24c) est reliée pour la ventilation à un tube d'aspiration (12) prévu entre le filtre à air (14) et les soupapes d'admission.
- Soupape de réglage de pression ou ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un corps de soupape (28) en matière plastique qui se compose d'une partie inférieure (29) en forme de pot et d'une partie supérieure (30) en forme de couvercle, ce boîtier ayant sur sa partie inférieure (29) une rainure annulaire ouverte vers le couvercle de boîtier (30), avec une conduite (24b) débouchant dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (29) et qu'un ajutage d'évacuation (31) débouchant sur la partie inférieure du boîtier (29), dont l'extrémité d'embout prévue au centre du corps de soupape sert de siège de soupape (32), ainsi que d'un corps de soupape à membrane (33) enserré par son bord renforcé dans la rainure de manière étanche avec le couvercle du boîtier, ce corps de soupape à membrane (33) subdivisant le carter de soupape en une chambre de soupape (34) et une chambre d'aération (35) reliée au canal de ventilation (36) à l'atmosphère, le corps de soupape (33) coopérant avec le siège de soupape (32) et l'ouverture de soupape se fermant pour une dépression prédéterminée dans la chambre de soupape (34) contre la force développée par un ressort de rappel (37).
