Abstract

Eine Schneideeinrichtung umfaßt ein Bandsägeblatt (1, 1′; 21, 22; 25, 26, 29) mit einem Rückenbereich (4, 4′; 29, 34) und einem stirnseitigen Zahnbereich (2, 2′; 31, 33), dessen Stärke geringer ist als die Bandstärke im Rückenbereich (4, 4′; 34). Der Querschnitt des Bandsägeblattes (1, 1′; 21, 22, 25, 26, 29) ist bezüglich der Mittelachse für einen Mittelschnitt symmetrisch ausgebildet. Zwischen dem Zahnbereich (2, 2′) und dem Rückenbereich (4, 4′, 29, 34) liegt ein Übergangsbereich (3, 3′), gegebenenfalls mit seitlichen konkaven Flanken, die innerhalb von gedachten Keilflächen liegen. Für das seitliche Abtrennen von Brettern von einem Kantholz weist das Bandsägeblatt (21, 22, 25, 26, 29) Zähne (31, 33) auf, die nur in eine Richtung abgeschrägt sind, sodaß die Zähne beim endlosen Bandsägeblatt zueinander konvergieren. Bei der Schneideeinrichtung sind die Zähne (31, 33) gegen das Schnittgut, z.B. das Kantholz (20), gerichtet. Ein abgetrenntes Brett (23, 24, 27, 28, 32) läuft beim Vorschub selbsttätig seitlich aus der Vorschubbahn. Die durch Schleifen oder Walzen hergestellte Querschnittsform umfaßt eine Hartmetallvergütung (Stelitauflage), die durch Schweißen aufgebracht ist. Der Schnitt führt zu einem Aufspalten des Schnittgutes in zwei Bretter, die berührungslos an den Zahnflanken und im Übergangsbereich vorbeilaufen. Die Schneideeinrichtung kann ferner über Führungskeile (12, 13, 30) im Anschluß an das Bandsägeblatt verfügen.
