Claims (7)
- Porte comportant un battant (1) articulé sur un bras inférieur et sur un bras supérieur (3, 4), lesquels pivotent ensemble autour d'un axe de rotation (2) sur le côté latéral de l'ouverture de la porte, un élément de guidage (9) coulissant dans une glissière (10) lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du battant de la porte (1) étant prévu en haut et/ou en bas de ce battant, et une serrure (36) comportant deux poignées (37, 37′) l'une sur le côté gauche et l'autre sur le côté droit du battant de la porte (1), lesquelles sont couplées à un pêne (41), caractérisée en ce que le pêne (41) est disposé du même côté que l'axe de rotation (2) des bras (3, 4).
- Porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la longueur des bras (3, 4) correspond à environ un tiers de la largeur du battant (1).
- Porte selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre l'élément de guidage (9) et l'axe de rotation (2) des bras (3, 4) est égale à environ deux tiers de la largeur du battant (1).
- Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un pêne (41) est prévu des deux côtés du battant (1).
- Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les poignées (37, 37′) se trouvent sur les faces opposées de la porte. 6. Porte selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le sens de rotation pour l'ouverture de la porte est le même sur les deux poignées.
- Serrure pour une porte comportant un battant (1) articulé sur un bras inférieur et sur un bras supérieur (3, 4), lesquels pivotent ensemble autour d'un axe de rotation (2) sur le côté latéral de l'ouverture de la porte, un élément de guidage (9) coulissant dans une glissière (10) lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du battant (1) étant prévu en haut et/ou en bas de ce battant, avec un premier élément de serrure (36′) comportant une première poignée (37), une pièce (49) actionnée par cette dernière s'opposant à la force de tension d'un ressort (48) et un pêne (41) couplé à la pièce (49), avec un deuxième élément de serrure (36˝) comportant une deuxième poignée (37′), une pièce (54) actionnée par celle-ci s'opposant à la force de tension d'un ressort (57), et un élément de liaison (39) avec le pêne (41) du premier élément de serrure (36′) couplé avec cette pièce (54), une poignée (37) étant prévue sur la face avant et une poignée (37′) sur la face arrière du battant, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (49) du premier élément de serrure (36′) est soumise à une force opposée à celle de la pièce (54) du deuxième élément de serrure (36˝), de sorte que le sens de rotation pour l'ouverture de la porte soit toujours le même pour les deux poignées (37, 37′).
