Claims (13)

  1. Plaque de cuisson comportant un support au moins partiellement transparent en verre ou en vitrocérame, des dispositifs de chauffage à rayonnement (2) disposés au-dessous de ce support au voisinage de surfaces d'appui du support, et un dispositif d'éclairement pour signaler optiquement un échauffement du support dépassant une température prédéterminée admissible pour un contact, à l'aide d'un interrupteur qui dépend de la température et est couplé thermiquement au support, et un élément d'éclairement commandé par cet interrupteur, l'élément d'éclairement (8,17,19,30,39,40) étant disposé au voisinage du dispositif de chauffage à rayonnement en un emplacement au moins dans une large mesure non chauffé et à l'intérieur ou sur la périphérie de la surface d'appui.
  2. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'éclairement est monté dans un ou plusieurs évidements (7), ouverts en direction du support, d'un support en matériau isolant en forme de cuvette (4), qui supporte l'élément chauffant (5), de préférence dans la paroi (6) de ce support.
  3. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'éclairement (8) est inséré conjointement dans une zone de marquage (23) du support (1), qui caractérise la périphérie de la surface d'appui, de préférence au niveau d'un emplacement d'interruption (26,27) de la zone de marquage.
  4. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'éclairement est disposé en tant que surface éclairante (33,35) au centre de la surface d'appui, qui ne comporte pas de filament de chauffage.
  5. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le guide de lumière (30) est disposé dans la zone située entre un élément de chauffage à rayonnement (5) et le support (1) au niveau d'une zone, ne comportant pas de filament de chauffage, de l'élément de chauffage à rayonnement (5) ou au-dessous de l'élément de chauffage à rayonnement.
  6. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de cuisson est traversée de préférence radialement par un capteur de température en forme de tige (10), qui est disposé dans un tube de protection (36), d'un dispositif (9) de limitation à une température de sécurité, et que l'élément d'éclairement est disposé le long de ce capteur de température dans la zone située entre ce dernier et le support (1).
  7. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le tube de protection (36) du capteur de température (10) est entouré par un autre tube de protection transparent (38), et que l'élément d'éclairement est disposé entre le tube de protection, sur le côté tourné vers le support (1), sous la forme d'un fil incandescent allongé ou d'une bande incandescente allongée (39) ou sous la forme d'un filament incandescent enroulé sur le tube intérieur de protection (36).
  8. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu comme élément d'éclairement, un guide de lumière allongé (40).
  9. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (9) de limitation à une température de sécurité, de préférence à plusieurs voies, est prévu en tant qu'élément de support et élément de raccordement électrique pour la source de lumière du guide de lumière ou pour un autre élément d'éclairement.
  10. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'éclairement est formé par un certain nombre de lampes à incandescence ou de lampes fluorescentes électriques (19), qui sont disposées à la suite les unes des autres à une certaine distance réciproque.
  11.
