Description

    Technisches Gebiet:
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hängetaster mit elektromechanischen Schaltelementen zum Steuern von Hebezeugen und/oder Krananlagen über eine Steuerleitung, die mit dem Hängetaster verbunden ist.
    • Stand der Technik:
  • Ein Hängetaster mit den genannten Merkmalen ist bekannt (vgl. DE-U-18 37 990). Bei dem bekannten Hängetaster mündet die Steuerleitung in Anschlüssen/Leitungsadern, die mit den Schaltelementen verschraubt sind. Bei Verwendung eines solchen Hängetasters tritt folgendes Problem auf: Muß an dem Hängetaster eine Reparatur ausgeführt werden, müssen entweder die Schraubverbindungen im Hängetaster gelöst werden oder es muß eine in der Regel am Hebezeug vorgesehene, aber vom Boden aus nicht ohne weiteres zugängliche Steckverbindung gelöst werden. Beides erfordert einen erheblichen Montageaufwand.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung:
  • Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Verbindung zwischen Hängetaster und Steuerleitung so zu vereinfachen, daß der Austausch des Hängetasters erleichtert wird. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die mit mindestens einem Stecker versehene Steuerleitung über ein leitungsseitig an das Griffgehäuse anschließendes Kopfstück in den Hängetaster eingeführt und in je einen in dem Hängetaster befestigten Stecksockel gesteckt ist.
  • Bei der Erfindung erfolgt die Verbindung zwischen Steuerleitung und Hängetaster über eine Steckverbindung. Dies ermöglicht im Bedarfsfall die schnelle Trennung des Hängetasters von der Steuerleitung.
  • Mechanische Belastungen auf die Steckverbindung treten nicht auf; diese werden vielmehr von einer in der Regel ohnehin vorhandenen Zugentlastung zwischen Hängetaster und Hebezeug/Krananlage aufgenommen.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung:
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

    eine Figur 1 entsprechende Darstellung eines anderen Hängetasters.
    Bester Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung:
  • Ein Hängetaster ist mit einer Anzahl von Drucktasten 8 ausgerüstet, die in eine Gehäusefrontplatte 7 eingelassen sind. Mit Hilfe jeder Drucktaste 8 wird ein elektromechanisches Schaltelement 9 betätigt.
  • Von dem Hängetaster geht eine Steuerleitung 5 zu einem Hebezeug und/oder einer Krananlage aus. Die Steuerleitung 5 ist mit dem Hängetaster über eine Steckverbindung 2, 3 verbunden, die im oder in unmittelbarer Nähe von dem Hängetaster angeordnet ist. Die Steuerleitung 5 ist aus einem Hängetaster-Kopfstück 4, erforderlichenfalls durch eine Knickschutztülle 6 hindurch, aus dem Griffgehäuse herausgeführt.
  • Bei dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist jedes elektromechanische Schaltelement 9 mit einer in dem Hängetaster befestigten Platine 1 steckbar verbunden. Der dem Hängetaster zugeordnete Stecksockel 2 der Steckverbindung 2, 3 für den Anschluß der Steuerleitung 5 ist an der Platine 1 vorgesehen: Der Stecksockel 2 ist in die in dem Hängetaster befestigte Platine 1 eingelötet. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Stecksockel 2 ungeteilt an einer Seite der Platine 1 befestigt. Es kann auch zu beiden Seiten der Platine je ein Stecksockelteil eingelötet sein. Jedes Stecksockelteil nimmt dann einen Teil des Steckers auf. An jedes Steckerteil ist ein Teil der Steuerleitung 5 angeschlossen.
  • Bei dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Stecker 3 in dem Kopfstück 4 angeordnet. In seinem dem Kopfstück 4 benachbarten Teil ist der Stecker 3 mit seiner Außenfläche der Innenfläche des Kopfstücks 4 angepaßt. Zweckmäßig ist der Stecker 3 Bestandteil des Kopfstücks: Das Kopfstück 4 ist innen spritztechnisch als Stecker 3 ausgebildet.
  • Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind der Stecksockel 2, die Drucktasten 8 und die Schaltelemente 9 anstatt mit einer Platine mit einer Halteplatte 11 verbunden. Die elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem Stecksockel 2 und den Schaltelementen 9 erfolgt über Leitungen 10.
  • Anstelle der Halteplatte 11 mit zugeordneten Stecksockel 3 und Schaltelementen 9 kann in der Ausführung nach Figur 2 die Platine 1 mit zugeordnetem Stecksockel und Schaltelementen der Ausführung nach Figur 1 verwendet werden und umgekehrt.
    • Gewerbliche Verwertbarkeit:
  • Die Erfindung findet Anwendung bei allen Hebezeugen/Krananlagen, die mittels eines Hängetasters gesteuert werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Hängetaster mit elektromechanischen Schaltelementen (9) zum Steuern von Hebezeugen und/oder Krananlagen über eine Steuerleitung (5), die mit dem Hängetaster verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit mindestens einem Stecker (3) versehene Steuerleitung (5) über ein leitungsseitig an das Griffgehäuse anschließendes Kopfstück (4) in den Hängetaster eingeführt und in je einen in dem Hängetaster befestigten Stecksockel (2) gesteckt ist.
  2. Hängetaster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker (3) in dem Kopfstück (4) angeordnet ist.
  3. Hängetaster nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker (3) Bestandteil des Kopfstücks (4) ist.
  4. Hängetaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecksockel (2) in eine Platine (1) eingelötet ist, die in dem Hängetaster befestigt ist, und in die auch Schaltelemente (9) des Hängetasters eingelötet sind.
  5. Hängetaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecksockel (2) mechanisch mit einer Halteplatte (11), die in dem Hängetaster befestigt ist, und elektrisch über Leitungen (10) mit Schaltelementen (9) des Hängetasters verbunden ist.
