Abstract

Um eine SB-Verpackung für Kleinteile, bestehend aus einem Bodenteil und einem überstülpbaren Deckelteil sowie einem Klebeetikett, welches auf das Deckelteil aufgeklebt ist, zu schaffen, bei der durch die Anordnung eines Klebeetiketts eine Art Garantieverschluß der Verpackung gebildet ist und die Anordnung des Klebeetiketts bei auf einem Untergrund abgelegter Packung möglich ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß mindestens eine Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwandung (3) des Deckelteils (2) eine fensterartige Ausnehmung (5) aufweist, das Klebeetikett (6) diesen Bereich überdeckend auf die Wandung, insbesondere die Seitenwand (3) aufklebbar ist und unterhalb der Ausnehmung (5) Wandungsteile des Bodenteils (1) bei geschlossener Verpackung angeordnet sind, die von Teilen der Klebschicht des Klebeetiketts (6) übergriffen sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Kleinteile, z.B. Kleineisenwaren, Werkzeuge, Bastelartikel, bestehend aus einem topfartigen Bodenteil und einem topfartigen Deckelteil, wobei Deckelteil und Bodenteil mit zueinander gewandten Öffnungen aufeinander stülpbar sind und das Deckelteil mit seinen Seitenwandungen des Bodenteils übergreift, sowie einem Klebeetikett, welches auf das Deckelteil aufgeklebt ist.
  • Derartige SB-Verpackungen sind im Stand der Technik vielfach bekannt. Es wird hierzu beispielsweise auf die US-PS 46 19 364 verwiesen. Es ist dabei üblich, daß die SB-Verpackungen auf der Deckelfläche Klebeschilder oder dergleichen aufweisen, die mit Angaben über die Waren und/oder Preise der entsprechenden Ware versehen sind.
  • Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine SB-Verpackung gattungsgemäßer Art zu schaffen, bei der durch die Anordnung eines Klebeetiketts oder dergleichen eine Art Garantieverschluß der Verpackung gebildet ist und die Anordnung des Klebeetiketts oder dergleichen bei einem Untergrund abgelegter Packung möglich ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, daß mindestens eine Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwandung des Deckelteils eine fensterartige Ausnehmung aufweist, das Klebeetikett diesen Bereich überdeckend auf die Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwand aufklebbar ist und unterhalb der Ausnehmung Wandungsteile des Bodenteils bei geschlossener Verpackung angeordnet sind, die von Teilen der Klebschicht des Klebeetiketts miterfaßt sind.
  • Es sind im Stand der Technik zwar Lösungen bekannt, bei denen ein Klebeetikett über die Stirnfläche und die Seitenflächen sowie die Rückwand der Verpackung geklebt wird, so daß die Garantiefunktion erfüllt ist, weil nur durch Zerstörung bzw. Einreißen des Etiketts ein Öffnen der Verpackung möglich ist, jedoch ist die Anordnung solcher Sicherungsetiketten relativ schwierig, da die Anordnung der Etiketten nur so erfolgen kann, daß die Packung angehoben wird, um das Klebeetikett auch auf der Rückseite der Packung ankleben zu können.
  • Im Gegensatz dazu stellt die Erfindung eine Lösung zur Verfügung, bei der das Klebeetikett bei auf einer Unterlage befindlicher Verpackung ohne Anheben der Verpackung angebracht werden kann. Beispielsweise wird zum Befüllen der Verpackung das topfartige Bodenteil auf einem Förderband oder dergleichen gefördert und bestimmten Füllstationen zugeführt. In einem nachfolgenden Arbeitsschritt kann dann der entweder an die Packung gelenkig angeformte oder selbständig handhabbare topfartige Deckel übergestülpt werden und nachfolgend das Klebeetikett über dem Bereich aufgeklebt werden, der die fensterartige Ausnehmung aufweist. Bei relativ dünnwandigen Deckelteilen erreicht die Klebeschicht des Deckelteils die unter der fensterartigen Ausnehmung befindliche Wandfläche des topfartigen Unterteils außenseitig, so daß das Klebeetikett sowohl außenseitig der Wandung des Deckelteils als auch außenseitig der Wandung des Bodenteils angeklebt ist. Das Öffnen der Verpackung ist nur dann möglich, wenn das Klebeetikett entfernt oder zerstört wird. Bei zweiteiligen Verpackungen ist es möglich und erforderlich, daß an mehreren Stellen des Deckelteils Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind, die jeweils mit Klebeetiketten oder mit einem umlaufenden Klebeetikett abgedeckt werden können.
  • Eine besonders bevorzugte Weiterbildung wird darin gesehen, daß die Wandung, insbesondere die Seitenwand des Bodenteils eine zur Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwand des übergeschobenen Deckelteils vorspringende Fläche aufweist, die in die fensterartige Ausnehmung passend einsetzbar ist, und dabei etwa bündig mit der Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Deckelteils angeordnet ist.
  • Durch diese Ausbildung ist sichergestellt, daß das mit dem Klebeetikett zu versehende Wandungsteil des Bodenteils niveaugleich mit der Außenwandung des Deckelteils im Bereich neben der fensterartigen Ausnehmung ausgerichtet ist, so daß ein entsprechendes Klebeetikett leicht flächendeckend auf beide Flächen aufgeklebt werden kann.
  • Selbst nach Entfernung oder vor der Anbringung des Klebeetiketts ist ein Zusammenhalt der Verpackung dadurch gegeben, daß die vorspringende Fläche des Bodenteils in die fensterartige Ausnehmung des Deckelteils eingreift, so daß eine gewisse Rastverbindung erzeugt ist.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele beschrieben. Es zeigt:

  • Die SB-Verpackung für Kleinteile, beispielsweise Kleineisenwaren, kleine Werkzeuge, kleine Bastelartikel oder dergleichen besteht im-wesentlichen aus einem topfartigen Bodenteil 1 quaderförmiger Gestalt, sowie. einem ebenfalls topfartigen Deckelteil 2 gleicher geometrischer Grundform.
    Das Deckelteil und das Bodenteil sind mit zueinander gewandten Öffnungen aufeinanderschiebbar, wobei das Deckelteil 2 auf das Bodenteil 1 aufgestülpt wird.
  • Das Deckelteil 2 übergreift dabei mit seinen Seitenwandungen 3 die Seitenwandungen 4 des Bodenteils. Erfindungsgemäß ist mindestens eine Wandung, z.B. die Seitenwandung 3 des Deckelteils 2 (Fig. 1-5) mit einer fensterartigen Ausnehmung 5 versehen, so daß nach dem Überstülpen des Deckelteils 2 über das Bodenteil 1 ein Klebeetikett 6 auf die entsprechende Seitenwandung 3, die die fensterartige Ausnehmung 5 aufweist, aufgeklebt werden kann und dieses Klebeetikett gleichzeitig die unter der fensterartigen Ausnehmung 5 befindlichen Wandteile der Seitenwandung 4 des Bodenteils klebend erfaßt. Bevorzugt weist die Seitenwand 4 des Bodenteils 1 eine zur Seitenwand 3 des übergeschobenen Deckelteils 2 vorspringende Fläche 7 auf, die in die fensterartige Ausnehmung 5 passend einsetzbar ist, sofern das Deckelteil 2 auf das Bodenteil 1 aufgestülpt ist. Dabei liegt die Außenfläche der vorspringenden Fläche 7 etwa bündig in der Außenfläche der Seitenwand 3 des Deckelteils 2, ein aufgeklebtes Etikett 6 liegt dann ganzflächig auf den entsprechenden Teilen der Seitenwand 3 und auf der vorspringenden Fläche 7 auf.
  • Das Öffnen der Verpackung ist nur möglich, wenn das Etikett 6 zerstört oder entfernt wird. Die Anordnung des Etiketts 6 ist zum Zwecke der Gerantieverschlußausbildung auch dann möglich, wenn das Bodenteil 1 flächig auf einer Unterlage beispielsweise einem Förderband angeordnet ist.
  • Durch die Anordnung der vorspringenden Fläche 7 und deren Eingreifen in die fensterartige Ausnehmung 5 ist zusätzlich eine Rastverbindung zwischen dem Deckelteil und dem Bodenteil geschaffen, so daß nach Entfernung des Klebeetiketts 6 oder nach dessen Zerstörung der Benutzer die beiden Teile der SB-Verpackung miteinander rastend verbinden kann.
  • Es ist selbstverständlich denkbar, die fensterartige Ausnehmung 5 und auch die entsprechende vorspringende Fläche 7 an mehreren Seitenflächen von Deckelteil 2 bzw. Bodenteil 1 vorzusehen.
  • Ferner ist es möglich, das Deckelteil 2 einseitig an einem Rand, beispielsweise dem der Fläche 7 gegenüberliegenden Rand des Bodenteils mittels eines Filmscharniers oder dergleichen anzuformen. Üblicherweise können solche SB-Verpackungen aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein.
    Es ist auch möglich, diese aus kunststoffolienartigem Werkstoff tiefzuziehen.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 6 - 8 ist das Bodenteil 1 mit einem breiten Randteil 8 versehen, welches in der Müdnungsebene liegt. Entsprechend weist das Deckelteil 2 in dem Bereich seiner Stirnfläche, die das Randteil 8 überlagert (in der Schließlage), die Ausnehmung 5 auf, die bei einem dort aufgeklebten Etikett 6 die Verbindung von dessen Klebschicht mit der Außenseite der Stirnfläche des Deckelteils 2 und der unter der Ausnehmung 5 befindlichen Fläche 8 des Bodenteils 1 ermöglicht.
  • Auch eine Kombination der Maßnahmen gemäß Fig. 1 bis 5 mit denen der Figuren 6 bis 8 ist möglich.
  • In Figur 8 ist lediglich die scharnierartig einstückige Ausbildung von Deckel- und Bodenteil gezeigt.

Claims (2)

  1. Selbstbedienungs-Verpackung für Kleinteile, z.B. Kleineisenwaren, Werkzeuge, Bastelartikel, bestehend aus einem topfartigen Bodenteil und einem topfartigen Deckelteil, wobei Deckelteil und Bodenteil mit zueinander gewandten Öffnungen aufeinander stülpbar sind und das Deckelteil mit seinen Seitenwandungen die Seitenwandungen des Bodenteils übergreift, sowie einem Klebeetikett, welches auf das Deckelteil aufgeklebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwandung (3), des Deckelteils (2) eine fensterartige Ausnehmung (5) aufweist, das Klebeetikett (6) diesen Bereich überdeckend auf die Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwand (3), aufklebbar ist und unterhalb der Ausnehmung (5) Wandungsteile des Bodenteils (1) bei geschlossener Verpackung angeordnet sind, die von Teilen der Klebschicht des Klebeetiketts (6) miterfaßt sind.
  2. SB-Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwand (4), des Bodenteils (1) eine zur Wandung, insbesondere Seitenwand (3), des übergestülpten Deckelteils (2) vorspringende Fläche (7) aufweist, die in die fensterartige Ausnehmung (5) passend einsetzbar ist, und dabei etwa bündig mit der Außenfläche der Seitenwand (3) des Deckelteils (2) angeordnet ist.
