Claims (10)
- Entstapelgerät zum Abnehmen eines Teilstapels von einem auf einer Tragfläche (2) stehenden Blätterstapel (3), mit einer Tischplatte (1), einer Horizontalverstelleinrichtung (5) zum Ausführen von horizontalen Relativbewegungen zwischen der Tischplatte (1) und der genannten Tragfläche (2), einer eine obere Zangenbacke (6) und einen Zangenunterteil (7) aufweisenden Zange zum Erfassen und Halten eines Randes eines Teilstapels (3.1) und einer Vertikalverstelleinrichtung (4) zum Ausführen von vertikalen Relativbewegungen zwischen der Tischplatte (1) und der Zange (6, 7) einerseits und der Tragfläche (2) anderseits, wobei die Zange (6, 7) so ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, dass die obere Zangenbacke (6) auf die Oberseite des Blätterstapels (3) absenkbar ist und dann mit einer vorbestimmten Kraft auf dem Blätterstapel (3) aufliegt, bevor der Zangenunterteil (7) mit dem Blätterstapel (3) in Berührung tritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenunterteil (7) eine Messerführung (11), ein horizontales Messer (12) und eine Messerantriebseinrichtung (13) zum Bewirken von horizontalen Bewegungen des Messers (12) bezüglich der Messerführung (11) sowie neben dem Messer (12) wenigstens ein Tragelement (24, 25) und eine Tragelement-Verstelleinrichtung (26, 27, 28) zum Ausführen von horizontalen Bewegungen des Tragelementes (24, 25) bezüglich der Messerführung (11) enthält und dass die Zange (6, 7) ferner eine Tragelement-Hubeinrichtung (29, 30) zum Ausführen von vertikalen Bewegungen des Tragelementes (24, 25) bezüglich des Messers (12) besitzt.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner eine Einrichtung (4, 9, 14, 16, 20) enthält zum Ausführen von vertikalen Relativbewegungen zwischen der Messerführung (11) sowie der oberen Zangenbacke (6) einerseits und der Tischplatte (1) anderseits.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zangenträger (8), welcher ein die obere Zangenbacke (6) und die Messerführung (11) tragendes Element (14) frei vertikal verschiebbar führt.
- Entstapelgerät nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwärtsbewegbarkeit des die obere Zangenbacke (6) und die Messerführung (11) tragenden Elementes (14) bezüglich des Zangenträgers (8) durch zusammenwirkende Anschlagelemente (8, 16, 18, 19) begrenzt ist, von welchen wenigstens eines (19) zur Verstellung der unteren Endlage des genannten Elementes (14) durch ein Antriebsmittel (20) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch einstellbare Gewichtsbelastungs- oder -entlastungsmittel (34, 35) zum Aendern der Kraft, welche zum Heben des die obere Zangenbacke (6) und die Messerführung (11) tragenden Elementes (14) erforderlich ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tischplatte (1) horizontal verschiebbar an einer an einem Maschinenständer (4) gehaltenen Tischführung (5) angeordnet ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tischführung (5) ein an dem Maschinenständer (4) vertikal verschiebbar angeordneter Schlitten ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenträger (8) an einem zweiten am Maschinenständer (4) vertikal verschiebbar geführten Schlitten (9) angeordnet ist, der bezüglich des erstgenannten Schlittens (5) heb- und senkbar ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenträger (8) bezüglich des zweiten Schlittens (9) durch ein Antriebsmittel (10) horizontal verschiebbar ist.
- Entstapelgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuereinrichtung zum automatisch nacheinandera) Betätigen der Vertikalverstelleinrichtung (4) zum Senken der Tischführung (5) und des Zangenträgers (8), bis die obere Zangenbacke (6) auf der Oberseite eines Blätterstapels (3) aufliegt,b) Betätigen der Messerantriebseinrichtung (13) zum Einstechen des Messers (12) in den Blätterstapel (3),c) danach Betätigen der Vertikalverstelleinrichtung (4) zum Heben der Tischführung (5) und des Zangenträgers (8) um eine erste vorbestimmte Strecke, um eine Stelle des Randes eines Teilstapels (3.1) vom verbleibenden Rest (3.2) des Blätterstapels (3) abzuheben,d) danach Betätigen der Tragelement-Verstelleinrichtung (26, 27, 28) zum Einschieben des Tragelementes (24, 25) unter den vom Messer (12) getragenen Teilstapelrand,e) danach Betätigen der Tragelement-Hubeinrichtung (29, 30) zum Heben des Tragelementes (24, 25) bezüglich des Messers mit einer vorbestimmten Kraft,f) Betätigen der Messerantriebseinrichtung (13), um das Messer (12) horizontal unter dem Rand des Teilstapels (3.1) wegzuziehen,g) danach Betätigen der Vertikalverstelleinrichtung (4) zum weiteren Heben der Tischführung (5) und des Zangenträgers (8) um eine zweite vorbestimmte Strecke,h) danach Betätigen der Horizontalverstelleinrichtung (5) zum horizontalen Verschieben der Tischplatte (1) zwischen den Teilstapel (3.1) und den verbleibenden Rest (3.2) des Blätterstapels (3),i) Betätigen der Tragelement-Hubeinrichtung (29, 30) zum Senken des Tragelementes (24, 25) bezüglich des Messers (12),k) Betätigen der Tragelement-Verstelleinrichtung (26, 27, 28), um das Tragelement (24, 25) horizontal unter dem Rand des Teilstapels (3.1) wegzuziehen.
