- the strips 1 can be used in all known forms. E.g. in the apparatuses known from DE - 38 30 683 A1.
- the great advantage is that different treatment zones can be easily set along the sheet formation zone. E.g. it is often advantageous to set a softer forming zone at the beginning and a harder forming zone at the end.
- the pressure gradient at the inlet to the strip and the pressure between the sieves can be set as desired for every dewatering requirement in the forming area, so that an optimal, uniform formation can be achieved.
- the strips 1 can also be used in the front area of the sheet formation in the twin wire, where the material has a low dry content without the web being pressed. Sheet quality can thus be achieved beyond the previous level, e.g. the frosted glass-like view without loss of strength of the web.
