Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottom source outlet from a cylindrical connecting piece which can be inserted coaxially into a circular bottom opening.
- the top of the nozzle is provided with a disk-shaped cover having axial through openings and the underside of the nozzle is provided with a cup-shaped bottom part having radial through openings.
- Such floor source outlets are generally known and aim to allow supply air to exit the floor vertically with little turbulence and with little momentum.
- the thermals in the room caused by people, lighting, heat-emitting devices and sunlight, the cold air supplied rises from the floor area to the ceiling, where it is extracted. This is draft-free at speeds of rising air flow below 0.1 m / s.
- linear air outlets are preferred which are set up directly above the floor in front of parapets or in front of partition walls.
- the supply air is at these air outlets with outlet speeds of approx. 0.20 m / s blown out horizontally.
- the exiting jet of air lies on the ground, expands there and gradually rises.
- the horizontal penetration depth of the air jets is also only about 6 m at these linear outlets. For deeper rooms, the penetration depth is therefore not sufficient to supply fresh air everywhere.
- the invention has for its object to provide a floor source outlet of the type described in such a way that it can be arranged like the known radial outlets of this type distributed over the floor, but ensures an increased horizontal penetration depth of the emerging supply air jets and thus a much lower arrangement density of the Air outlets can be selected in order to supply the entire room evenly with supply air.
- a jet spread can be achieved as with a rectangular linear outlet, which generally exceeds the floor level by at least 100 mm in order to horizontally blow the supply air out of one of the lateral vertical boundary surfaces of the outlet. Therefore, this linear outlet must always be placed in front of a wall or parapet so as not to impair the other usability of the floor surfaces.
- the use in the nozzle is held by radial webs which extend over the annular space, so that additional measures are not necessary in order to ensure that the base is sufficiently resilient even in the area of the source outlet.
- the outlet cross section of the insert can be covered by a perforated plate and / or a grid. Since the congestion and deflection function is essentially determined by the baffle plate, the perforated plate or grille also serves to ensure that the floor source outlet can be walked on without the risk of stumbling.
- the baffle plate is arranged on and preferably under a central area of the outlet cross section provided with a perforated plate.
- the arrangement of the baffle plate under the perforated plate has the advantage that the baffle plate can be kept adjustable in height according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention at different distances from the level of the perforated plate.
- the proportion of the volume flow blown out through the perforated plate can be varied by the height adjustment of the baffle plate according to the invention. This changes both the vertical penetration depth of the supply air jet and the speed of the air jets, which preferably flow out through radial webs over the ring cross section between the insert and the nozzle. Especially with larger air volume flows, it is preferred to have a larger part of the total volume flow up through the perforated plate to blow so that the air velocity of the air jets spreading above the ground does not rise too high.
- the floor source outlet according to the invention is particularly well suited to be combined with the known linear source outlet in front of parapets or partition walls.
- the area of the room can then be flushed through to the depth of 6 m by the supply air jets from the linear outlet, and the rest of the area can be flushed through floor source outlets according to the invention.
- the bottom source outlet consists of a cylindrical connection piece 1 which can be inserted coaxially into a bottom opening 2 vertically.
- a collar 3 which adjoins the cylindrical connection piece 1 upward and widens radially outward in an arc shape, merges into a flange 4 which, in the installed state of the outlet, rests on the horizontal edge of the bottom opening 2.
- the top of the flange 4 can also be flush with the top of the floor.
- connection piece 1 On the underside, the connection piece 1 is provided with a cup-shaped base part 5, which has radial through openings 6, through which the supply air enters the outlet.
- a funnel-shaped insert 7 is arranged from top to bottom, which is provided at its larger diameter end with a radially outwardly projecting flange 8, which with the flange 4 on the arc-shaped collar 3 of the nozzle 1 in the same level.
- the inside of the connector 1 and the outside of the insert 7 delimit an annular space 9, the free cross section of which is markedly contracted by the flange 8.
- the insert 7 is provided with a perforated plate 11, to which a baffle plate 12 is assigned. 1 and 2, the baffle plate 12 covers the perforated plate 11, whereas in FIGS. 3 and 4 the baffle plate 12 is arranged under the perforated plate 11 and is height-adjustable by means of a coaxial spindle 13 fastened in the insert 7. 3 and 4 show, depending on the respective position of the baffle plate, the different flow path of the supply air jets illustrated by arrows results.

Description
- Fig. 1
- einen vertikalen Querschnitt,
- Fig. 2
- einen Grundriß,
- Fig. 3
