Claims (8)
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde (1) pour des récipients flexibles ou des poches flexibles (2) en polyéthylène (PE) ou matériau similaire, comportant une partie formant bonde (3) et une partie formant bride (5), caractérisé en ce que la partie formant bonde (3) est réalisée en une matière synthétique de forme stable et suffisamment résistante à la chaleur pour une stérilisation à la vapeur, qui présente une partie formant bride (5) laquelle, dans au moins une couche extérieure, se compose de polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue, et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires, en vue d'un soudage avec la couche, située au-dessus (ou au-dessous), de PE à souder, appropriée à cet effet, de la poche flexible (2).
- Embout de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant bonde (3) comporte un élément d'obturation (4) qui se compose de la même matière synthétique que la partie formant bonde.
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant bride (5) se compose entièrement d'un polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue, et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires, et est reliée fermement en une seule pièce à la partie formant bonde (3).
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant bride (5) se compose de la même matière synthétique que la partie formant bonde et est constituée d'au moins deux couches, avec un revêtement ou une couche (6) en un polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires sur sa face supérieure et/ou sur sa face inférieure.
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement ou la couche ( 6 ) réalisé en un polyéthylène ( PE, LLDPE ) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires s'étend de façon continue depuis la face supérieure, autour du bord de la bride, jusqu'à la face inférieure de la partie formant bride (5).
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement ou la couche (6) réalisé en un polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires se prolonge, depuis la partie formant bride (5), sur la face intérieure de la bonde ou sur la face extérieure de la bonde.
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, sur le revêtement ou la couche (6) réalisé en un polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires, sont formées, en une seule pièce avec ledit revêtement ou ladite couche, une ou plusieurs lèvres d'étanchéité (7) destinées à réaliser une étanchéité entre la partie formant bonde (3) et l'élément d'obturation (4).
- Embout de remplissage ou bonde selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments réalisés en un polyéthylène (PE, LLDPE) avec ou sans EVA ou analogue et avec ou sans d'autres additifs supplémentaires est ou sont, sur la partie formant bonde (3), fermement assemblé(s) par des dents au substrat réalisé en polypropylène (PP) ou matériau similaire.
