Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abfüllstutzen oder Spund für Folienbehälter oder -beutel aus Polyethylen oder dergleichen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Demgegenüber ist auch PE weicher als PP, was dazu führt, daß sich das Spundteil sowohl am Flanschteil als auch am Spundkörper selbst leicht verformt. So kann sich das Flanschteil wellen, was die Zufuhr solcher Spundteile bei automatischen Schweißmaschinen zum Verbinden der Abfüllstutzen oder Spunde mit dem Folienmaterial des Folienbeutels oder -behälters erschweren kann. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Schwierigkeiten bei einem Abfüllstutzen oder Spund nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 dadurch zu vermeiden, daß das Spundteil so ausgebildet wird, daß es auch bei hohen mechanischen und wechselnden thermischen Beanspruchungen formbeständig ist, daß andererseits aber auch eine einwandfreie dichte Schweiß-Verbindung zwischen dem Flanschteil und dem Folienmaterial des Folienbehälters oder Beutels in einfacher Weise sichergestellt ist. Dort ist ein einfaches Spundteil 3 gezeigt. Auf die Darstellung eines Verschlußteiles wurde aus Vereinfachungsgründen verzichtet. Das Flanschteil 5 ist vollständig aus einem PE z.B. durch Spritzen in einer Form hergestellt und weist zur Verbindung mit dem wärmebeständigen und formstabilen Spundteil 3 im Bereich der Verbindung 8 einen schmalen Flansch 9 auf, der von einem entsprechenden Kragen 10 fest umfaßt wird. Kragen 10 ist einstückig ausgebildet mit dem Spundteil 3 und kann zusammen mit diesem an das vorgefertigte Flanschteil 5 angespritzt werden, so daß eine unlösbare einstückige Verbindung entsteht. Claims (8)

  1. Filling nozzle or plug (1) for containers or bags (2) of sheet material comprising polyethylene (PE) or the like having a plug part (3) and a flange part (5), characterised in that the plug part (3) is formed from a synthetic material which is resistant to deformation and which has sufficient resistance to heat to enable it to be sterilized by steam, the plug part (3) providing a flange part (5) which comprises, in at least one external layer, polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like, as well as with or without other additional additives, for the purpose of being welded to the upper (or lower) PE layer of the bag (2) of sheet material which is to be welded and is suitable for this purpose.
  2. Filling nozzle according to claim 1, characterised in that the plug part (3) provides a closing part (4) which comprises the same synthetic material as the plug part.
  3. Filling nozzle or plug according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the flange part (5) consists completely of a polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without additional additives and is fixedly connected in one piece to the plug part (3).
  4. Filling nozzle or plug according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the flange part (5) comprises the same synthetic material as the plug part and is formed on its upper side and/or its lower side by at least two layers with a coating or a layer (6) comprising polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without other additional additives.
  5. Filling nozzle or plug according to claim 4, characterised in that the coating or the layer (6) comprising polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without other additional additives, extends from the upper side around the edge of the flange continuously to the lower side of the flange part (5).
  6. Filling nozzle or plug according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the coating or the layer (6) comprising polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) as well as with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without other additional additives, extends from the flange part (5) further to the internal side of the plug or to the external side of the plug.
  7. Filling nozzle or plug according to claim 6, characterised in that one or more sealing lips (7) are formed in one piece with the coating or layer (6) comprising polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without other additional additives for the purpose of producing a seal between the plug part (3) and closing part (4).
  8. Filling nozzle or plug according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the part or parts comprising polyethylene (PE, LLDPE) with or without EVA or the like as well as with or without other additional additives are fixedly interlocked at the plug part (3) to the base material comprising polypropylene (PP) or the like.
