Description
Claims (7)
- Spinn- /Spulmaschinenkombination mit einem Transportsystem, in dem Kopse (5) bzw. Hülsen (4) auf Paletten (3, 29) aufgesetzt sind und gemeinsam mit diesen transportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportsystem sowohl eine im Spinnmaschinenbereich in sich geschlossene Transportschleife (7, 14, 16, 18) für spinnmaschinenspezifische Paletten (3), als auch eine im Spulmaschinenbereich in sich geschlossene Schleife (32, 34'', 36, 39, 41) für spulmaschinenspezifische Paletten (29) umfaßt, und daß zwischen den beiden Transportschleifen Umsetzer (24, 25) zum Abnehmen von Kopsen (5) von den spinnmaschinenspezifischen Paletten (3) und zum Umsetzen dieser Kopse (5) auf leere spulmaschinenspezifische Paletten (29) und zum Abnehmen von leeren Hülsen (4) von den spulmaschinenspezifischen Paletten (29) und zum Umsetzen der leeren Hülsen (4) auf leere spinnmaschinenspezifische Paletten (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Transportschleife (7, 14, 16, 18) entlang der Ringspindeln (6) der Spinnmaschine (1) bewegbare formschlüssig wirkende Transportmittel (8, 9) für die Paletten (3) vorgesehen sind und daß diese Transportmittel so geführt sind, daß sie mindestens in einem Kopfbereich (1') der Spinnmaschine (1) die Transportschleife verlassen und so die Paletten (3) freigeben.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Teil der spinnmaschinenseitigen Transportschleife, in dem die formschlüssig wirkenden Transportmittel (8, 9) nicht innerhalb der Transportschleife geführt sind, ein oder mehrere flache Transportbänder (14, 16, 18) zum Transport der Paletten (3) angeordnet sind.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssig wirkenden Transportmittel (8, 9) nur um den Teil der Spinnmaschine geführt sind, in dem die Spinnspindeln angeordnet sind, daß der außerhalb des Umlaufweges der formschlüssigen Transportmittel liegende Teil der Transportschleife um den durch das Endgestell der Spinnmaschine gebildeten Kopfbereich (1') verläuft und Staustrecken für die spinnmaschinenspezifischen Paletten (3) bildet.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kopfseite (1') der Spinnmaschine (1) eine Einrichtung (21, 44) vorhanden ist, die die von der Spinnmaschine kommenden Kopse (5) abzählt und das der Spinnstellennummer entsprechende Zählergebnis der spulmaschinenspezifischen Palette (29) zuordnet, auf die der jeweilige Kops (5) umgesetzt wird.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung eine Lese-, Lösch- und Codiervorrichtung (48) enthält, die mit den spulmaschinenspezifischen Paletten (29) verbundene lese-, lösch- und codierbare Informationsträger codiert.
- Spinn-/Spulmaschinenkombination nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung eine Lesevorrichtung (47) besitzt, die eine feste Codierung der spulmaschinenspezifischen Paletten (29) liest und diese Codierung gemeinsam mit dem Zählergebnis der von der Spinnmaschine kommenden Kopse speichert.
